DSETWINDEB()

     This function is no longer supported because the CA-Clipper debugger has
     been completely changed.  However, there are other methods for debugging
     that are easier.  You must set these debugging methods with the CLIPPER=
     environment variable, since they must be known at program start.  The
     DSETWINDEB() is no longer used.  Notes regarding the new debugging

     Miscellaneous.
