 Save a screen region

                        int iTop,
                        int iLeft,

                      )

 Arguments

     iTop is the row coordinate of the top left corner of the screen
     region.

     iLeft is the column coordinate of the top left corner of the screen
     region.

     iBottom is the row coordinate of the bottom right corner of the
     screen region.

     iRight is the column coordinate of the bottom right corner of the
     screen region.

 Returns

     In text mode, this function returns a string item identical to the
     CA-Clipper SAVESCREEN() function.  In graphic mode, it returns an array
     item in which each element is a string.
