_gFntClipSet()
 Set the clipping region for the active font

                         )

 Arguments

     lpFntClipSet is a pointer to an LLG_FNTCLIP structure that you must
     allocate and initialize prior to calling this function.  _gFntClipSet()
     uses the members of this structure to set the clipping region for the
     active font--as set by the most recent call to _gFntSet().

 Returns

     SUCCESS if successful; otherwise, an error code.
