openMemFile()
 Open a memo file in the specified work area

 Arguments

     wa is a pointer to self.

     lpdboi is a pointer to a structure containing information about the
     work area and the table to be opened.

 Description

     The openMemFile() method opens a memo file in the work area referenced
     by wa.

 Implementation Notes

     .  openMemFile() isolates the code necessary to open the memo
        file.  It is normally called by open() when the database has an
        associated memo file.
