getRec()
 Retrieve the pointer to the RDD's record data buffer

 Arguments

     wa is a pointer to self.

     lplpBuffer is a pointer to a pointer to the current record data
     buffer.

 Description

     getRec() retrieves the pointer to the current record data buffer.  This
     method is most notably used to transfer data between two similar
     work areas.

 Default Behavior

     You must implement the default behavior of this method through a
     subclass.
