 Check if a disk drive is available

 Arguments

     nDrive is the number of the disk drive to check.

 Returns

     _fsIsDrv() returns zero if successful; otherwise, FS_ERROR.

 Description

     This function checks if a disk drive is available.  It is equivalent to
     the CA-Clipper function ISDISK().

 Examples
