12:38 AM goppo: anyone know how those square bread clips are clipped on bags usually? i've seen some manual clipping machines, but i can't seem to see how they'd do it along a conveyor belt
12:44 AM goppo: or do they have to be clipped on manually? but then most of the budget bread still use those clips
12:51 AM rue_mohr: I think they just push on
12:53 AM goppo: rue_mohr manually? i'd have thought the entire packaging process for bread is automated for large scale production
12:54 AM rue_mohr: I mean a machine just pushes them onto the bag
12:54 AM rue_mohr: after its been twisted by another machine
12:55 AM goppo: all of the machines i've seen seem to use either twist wires or tapes
01:00 AM goppo: and these clips are kinda hard to push. the plastic is quite hard
01:00 AM goppo: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Tz3jRMtkwI
01:00 AM goppo: not sure why bread factories don't move onto using adhesive seals or twist ties
03:18 AM Jak_o_Shadows: My voltage regulators came in!
03:18 AM Jak_o_Shadows: They are small.
03:52 AM Jak_o_Shadows: And I just put them on the PCB
03:52 AM Jak_o_Shadows: well, the second copy
03:52 AM Jak_o_Shadows: and it worked!
03:53 AM Jak_o_Shadows: I should probably try to find some that are 24-28V rated
03:53 AM Jak_o_Shadows: these are only 12V in
09:58 AM Atomsk is now known as ace4016

11:28 AM veverak: but I need to work on the lights
01:16 PM Steffanx: what kind of robit is this mr veverak?
01:16 PM Steffanx: One that is able to find your dirty clothes at the end of some tube?
01:17 PM Steffanx: *robot
01:17 PM veverak: lol, that's not mine
01:17 PM veverak: anyway, pipe inspection robot
10:56 PM rue_mohr: veverak, how big is the pipe?
