01:24 AM rue_house: a 3d printer dosn't enable you to make things, it helps you make the things you make differently
01:24 AM hypodyne: yeah. it does, some of the parts have to be accurate, my current printer sucks at accuracy.

01:29 AM rue_house: first mod was to make it so that the verticies are just a standard 3' rod cut in half, instead of stupid little scraps from everything

01:41 AM hypodyne: yes.. stuck it in a fridge and now the warping is gone. quality improved a bit. not perfect but okay.
