02:16 rue_school 6 yEARS!
02:16 rue_school hahahahah
02:17 mrdata congrats
02:18 rue_school http://codepad.org/rPSbua11
02:18 rue_school tuck that away and dont lose it
02:18 rue_school it goes with
02:19 rue_school http://ruemohr.org/~ircjunk/robots/abspos/code/problem.html
02:24 deshipu why do that to yourself?
03:05 theBear heh, trust good old rue to succeed in the face of overwhelming adversity, the waves of which may well LITERALLY drown a normal man
04:25 copycat hi
04:26 copycat anyone knows a good book about motion controllers
04:26 copycat the kind that trio motion, galil and elmo sells
04:43 MisterX is it possible to connect usb 3g adaptor to raspberry pi?
04:44 deshipu MisterX: everything is possible, just a question of budget
04:46 Jak_o_Shadows MisterX: I would say that it is probably possible
04:46 Jak_o_Shadows linux has drivers for that often
04:47 MisterX Jak_o_Shadows hmm that is very interesting!
04:47 MisterX do you know if slax linux works?
04:48 Jak_o_Shadows I seem to remember it being in network manager even
04:50 MisterX would be awsome if slax works on it, it's only 200mb and incredably fast
05:42 Jak_o_Shadows so I did get 20 lights
05:42 Jak_o_Shadows not 16
05:42 Jak_o_Shadows I just can't count.
05:46 Jak_o_Shadows Wrong tab
07:22 MisterX anyone kow if 3G usb adaptors comes with GPS?
07:22 MisterX konw*
07:26 SpeedEvil if you mean 'can I access the GPS' - typically no
07:27 SpeedEvil There may in some cases be a GPS in the chipset, simply because it's there - but not wired
07:27 SpeedEvil Also - cellphone location services can sometimes be accessed by the user in various ways
08:31 rue_school the system I'm making can be used in a livingroom or small yard where gps etc systems dont have sufficient resolution
08:39 SpeedEvil 'how do I make a local GPS' is a very common question with no great answer
09:12 deshipu there is a nice poject om HaD.io for that
09:13 deshipu they use esps with data stuffed in the wifi beacon packet
10:23 theBear yuo make a regular one and rent it a place on your street i assume
10:31 mrdata rue_bed, does that code still work if the robot's position moves outside of the triangle?
10:41 theBear nah, that's damage-control time, and let's just say if there was anything you liked attached to or nearby the little guy, you ain't gonna haveminutes to remove it before the self destruct gets all hellfire and brimstone on your ass
16:55 rue_school mrdata, I havn't tested that, I expect a /0 if its ON one of the borders
