00:29 rue_house did you mean pneumatic?

12:22 veinofstars i’ve got a couple of these motors on a robot i’m working on
12:22 veinofstars whats the best way to attach jumpers to them
12:22 veinofstars are you supposed to solder onto the metal tabs sticking out?
12:23 veinofstars or is there a way i can bend them to accomodate just plugging the wires in?
12:23 deshipu solder
12:23 veinofstars i’ll have to learn how then
12:24 deshipu sure, it will come in handy in a lot of situations
12:24 deshipu do you have a soldering iron?
12:24 veinofstars i don't
12:24 veinofstars i’ve been looking around for one i can use for things like this, and also PCB
12:24 veinofstars any recommendations?
12:25 deshipu I'm planning to buy one soon myself. I have an old soldering station, but it's not very good
12:25 deshipu the problem is that the good ones are expensive
12:26 veinofstars i mean
12:26 deshipu and the bad ones are hard to use
12:26 veinofstars i need one for relatively low tempt
12:26 veinofstars temp
12:26 deshipu why low?
12:26 veinofstars http://www.amazon.com/Elenco-AmeriKit-Learn-Solder-Kit/dp/B0009Z3JJA/ref=pd_sbs_indust_1?ie=UTF8&refRID=1QQPB9NA1YMPNVHQ1XSA
12:26 veinofstars because i’m just doing PCB and small work
12:28 deshipu I don't see how that makes the temperature needs lower
12:29 veinofstars don’t want to melt rubber wire casings
12:30 deshipu then don't touch them with the iron
12:31 deshipu by the way, you probably want to avoid the lead-less solder
12:31 deshipu it's harder to solder with and has higher melting temperature
12:31 deshipu and the lead in the solder is not harmful if you just remember to wash your hands after handling it
13:07 veinofstars i always go leadless
13:39 veinofstars oh man, i just realized
13:39 veinofstars i can use the analog input pins on my arduino to see the output of the output pins :D
13:39 veinofstars print it out to the serial monitor or osmething
13:40 veinofstars probably not as good as a voltmeter/oscilloscope
13:40 veinofstars but i’ll take it
