00:08 GuShH I've been using alu threads for static sealed surfaces, that are never meant to be undone -- much like a press fit, except the conical thread interferes at the last few threads and the o-ring finally seals the joint -- you -can- undo it but it's not meant to, at any rate the galling is minimized by using ptfe tape.

00:16 GuShH at any rate the way you extrude plastic commercially is by keeping it in motion, so extra heat can be pumped into the heads. you have two options you can buffer it and keep it liquid to inject it (typical for small setups) or you can have a high transition area (also acting as a buffer) to pump extra heat in and liquify it in time while keeping it in motion - at that point it is conceptually the same but on a much bigger scale,
