16:24 katsmeow-afk pull: U shaped steel, T shapped to slide into the U, a spring tween the top of theT and the bottom of the U, and a linear pot mounted anywhere tween the T and the U, so moving the T to compress the spring will move the pot slider

22:30 ace4016 initial animations will be produced by an artist in an art program like max (i initially act as the artist and programmer! :D), then be taken into a pre-processing tool and output a finalized model with animaitons and all. then there will be the game that will be able to blend the animations together and possibly/most likely use some IK blending as well to properly walk on various terrain
