00:01 katsmeow-afk made some *great* trade/buy/refund deals after sunset
00:01 anannie :D
00:02 katsmeow-afk got the ro pressure tank connected to the ro pressure recovery pump
00:02 anannie I bet you have a high from that... :D What did you buy/trade/get refunded
00:02 anannie RO pressure tank? You mean the tank they use to force water through a large RO filter?
00:02 katsmeow-afk the tank stores water so i can get it when i want and not by 45 minute alarms that make me jump outa my skin
00:03 katsmeow-afk no, the tank after the ro filter
00:03 anannie ah I see
00:03 anannie that sounds awesome :D
00:03 katsmeow-afk bought/traded on Tektronix parts, mostly concerning 7903 scope
00:04 anannie Tektronix is the oscilloscope company right?
00:04 katsmeow-afk refunded on a seller's mis-representation of a part
00:04 katsmeow-afk yeas
00:04 katsmeow-afk they sold/sell other things too, but history will note them for their scopes
00:04 anannie The one that was founded by an ex HP employee and that HP could never manage to beat them
00:04 katsmeow-afk something like that
00:05 anannie Why do you need an oscilloscope?
00:05 katsmeow-afk HP did eventually put out some good stuff, but their best didn't beat Tek's best
00:05 katsmeow-afk i do electronics
00:06 annie thought that there might have been so project you needed the parts
00:07 katsmeow-afk well one thing i got in trade was a crt for a scope that is goofy and the crt might be what the problem is
00:08 katsmeow-afk i got a plugin for the 7000 series scopes, a 7D01 logic "analyser", altho i have a HP 16,,, something analyser too
00:08 anannie what's a plugin?
00:08 katsmeow-afk i wasn't going to buy it, but i could talk myself into a trade
00:08 katsmeow-afk http://www.barrytech.com/tektronix/tek7000/tek7b92.html http://www.barrytech.com/tektronix/tek7000/tek7a22.html in a not-free-but-bargain-working http://www.barrytech.com/tektronix/tek7000/tekr7903.html
00:08 anannie tsk tsk that's what all impulse shoppers say
00:08 katsmeow-afk one of the items i got in trade on the otehr deal is a working crt for that scope number (i have a possibly dead one), and a http://www.barrytech.com/tektronix/tek7000/tek7d01-df2.html
00:09 anannie :p
00:09 katsmeow-afk no, he contacted me for the parts i have, and i knew he had some stuff to get rid of after a housecleaning, so i suggested a swap
00:09 katsmeow-afk otherwise, i would have made money
00:10 katsmeow-afk but i know this guy could have asked a lot on ebay for the parts, and yet the parts i have never show up on ebay
00:11 katsmeow-afk so he was in a bind, and i wasn't really losing anything
00:11 katsmeow-afk arrrrrrrggggggggggggggg brain went off
00:11 katsmeow-afk what was i doing?
00:11 anannie ?
00:11 anannie you were talking to me
00:12 katsmeow-afk i meant in all the multitasking
00:12 anannie we were talking about your day
00:12 anannie Ah okay, I thought you had something like I have
00:12 anannie maybe I'll ttyl when you're a bit less busy
00:13 katsmeow-afk 2.8Ghz puter working, 1.5 gig ram, $24, the timer stopped
00:13 katsmeow-afk i am alsway busy, hence the -afk, i am almost never all here
00:14 anannie Oh then that's okay as well... I just don't want to get in the middle of your life or day
00:15 katsmeow-afk np,, i should prolly take a look at the tank tho, see if it's exploded or anything
00:15 katsmeow-afk brb
00:21 katsmeow-afk bak
00:21 katsmeow-afk furry, it was at 28lbs, i got 2 gallons from it, then nothing
00:22 katsmeow-afk the water has black specks in it
00:22 anannie :-/
00:22 katsmeow-afk 2.5 hours, almost exactly
00:23 katsmeow-afk and, the ro outlet is leaking, even tho that fitting is threaded and epoxied
00:24 katsmeow-afk this is the tank http://www.ebay.com/itm/170676161639 but after 2.5 hours, at 28psi, i got only 2 gallons
00:25 katsmeow-afk the pump is http://www.ebay.com/itm/180732091189
00:26 katsmeow-afk furry must have crashed already
00:27 anannie :)
00:27 katsmeow-afk so how are you and work?
00:27 anannie I'm going to crash as well for a bit... Do you think that the lining within the tnak might off? Or that there might be debris?
00:28 anannie hrm we might as well take that convo to PM
00:28 katsmeow-afk there's debris to be sure
00:28 katsmeow-afk oem save money by not doing rinses after assy
00:29 katsmeow-afk it might cost them 10 cents in water and power, but more in labor
00:32 furrywolf sorry, getting ready for bed.
00:32 furrywolf if you have a carbon filter after the ro membrane, the black flakes may be carbon.
00:32 furrywolf how much you get in the tank is a factor of the initial pressure as well.
00:33 katsmeow-afk no filters after the ro filter
00:35 katsmeow-afk i expected more pressure, and i expected 3 gallons, but 2 on tap beats a 45 minute alarm to change gallon jugs it dribbles into
00:36 furrywolf if you have a 4 gallon tank, and it starts at 0psi (psig, of course), you get 2 gallons at 15psi. if you have the same tank, with the bladder side at 10psi, to put in 2 gallons you need *thinks, but is probably wrong, since brain is already asleep* 35psi...
00:37 katsmeow-afk so the math works, the ebay seller was thinking i could get 70psi, i spose
00:39 furrywolf you can adjust your precharge... lower means more storage, higher means better, more consistant flow...
00:39 katsmeow-afk more consistant? stopped at 28psi, i drew off a gallon and it dropped to 15psi, that's half the pressure
00:40 katsmeow-afk it will get to the faucets ok, but it's not going tobe much water or be consistant
00:40 furrywolf what was the pressure just before it emptied? usually they suddenly drop when empty.
00:40 katsmeow-afk 10psi
00:40 furrywolf so that's your precharge then.
00:42 katsmeow-afk i get the feeling i will be happy with a 80 gallon tank
00:43 furrywolf so... *attempts more thinking*... with 10psi precharge in a 4.5 gallon tank, 1 gallon would be... 17psi. 2 gallons would be 30psi. 3 gallons would be 60psi.
00:43 furrywolf 4 would be 210psi. don't do that. :)
00:44 furrywolf half a gallon would be 13psi
00:45 katsmeow-afk ok, the math in your head works
00:45 furrywolf works, as in, you did the same math, or that's what your gauge showed?
00:45 katsmeow-afk the psi range at the faucets will be 30psi to 10psi
00:45 katsmeow-afk my guage agrees with you
00:45 katsmeow-afk i measured with a gallon jug
00:46 furrywolf an accurate measrement of the precharge would give more accurate math, of course.
00:46 tsmeow-afk
00:47 furrywolf you can adjust the precharge... if you lower it, you can fit more water in, but it will slow to a dribble towards the end. and if you raise it, you'll get great pressure... until it quickly runs out.
00:47 katsmeow-afk is the brine amount going up as the pressure int he tank goes up?
00:47 furrywolf I don't think so, but the flow into the tank is going down.
00:49 tsmeow-afk
00:49 katsmeow-afk a hybrid system then
00:50 katsmeow-afk let the small tank cycle at ~ 1.5 gallons, and a shurflow boost to 50psi in a real tank
00:50 katsmeow-afk i cannot waste that kinda money atm, but on a boat where i haveto make the most of sunshine when it arrives, storage will matter a lot more
00:51 furrywolf sure. and you can drop the precharge pressure to do that, since the shurflow doesn't need it, and that way the filter will flow better.
00:51 e_house watfches the irc tabletennis between furrywolf and katsmeow-
00:52 katsmeow-afk wierd, isn't it?
00:53 rue_house | o |
00:53 rue_house | o |
00:53 rue_house | o |
00:53 tsmeow-afk perk
00:54 rue_house so, with 40 skateboard bearings I shouldbe abel to do all sorts of things
00:54 rue_house I know I didn't have enough for what I was planning when I got them
00:55 katsmeow-afk hold the house up and roll it to one side?
00:55 orlok http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/SYSTEM40-40x40-ALUMINIUM-T-SLOT-FRAME-PROFILE-EXTRUSION-/300608580328?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_15&hash=item45fdaaeae8
00:56 orlok Has anybody used that stuff before?
00:56 katsmeow-afk i know i didn't
00:59 tsmeow-afk wavers gn
01:00 rue_house orlok, you would be the first
01:00 rue_house expensive, I regard even prepunched angle iron as expensive
01:00 rue_house building a reprap?
01:01 rue_house $40/meter
01:01 rue_house WOW
01:01 rue_house over $10/foot
01:01 rrywolf tucks katsmeow-afk in, then curls up on top of her, since it's wolfy bedtime
01:01 rue_house hahah PLUS CUTTING FREE
01:01 rue_house hahaha
01:02 e_house pulls kat from
01:02 rue_house come see this! its $40/meter!
01:05 orlok oh wow, yeah, that is expensive
01:06 rue_house nowonder people only make such msall 3d printers with it
01:06 orlok Oh, thats the "big" stuff
01:06 rue_house I saw a brocure for it, they were using it to frame out an office, made closets and shelfs with it
01:07 orlok they have other stuff thats 3cm square and $25 pm
01:08 orlok thing is, its only aluminium, wouldent it vibrate like hell?
01:08 orlok but yeah, i want to make an XYZ table with interchangable heads
01:09 orlok for milling MDF, laser scanning, etc
01:12 orlok also, i had a thought.. using a piezo flex sensor with a needle attached for 3d scanning
01:12 orlok be slow though
01:13 orlok *poke* *poke* *poke* *poke* *poke* *poke* *poke* *poke* *poke* *poke* *poke* *poke*
01:26 rue_house if you think $35/m is reasonable
01:26 e_house tries not to gi
01:26 orlok heh, not really.. and their other stuff is even more expensive
01:27 orlok ball screws, bearings, etc etc
01:31 rue_bed its amazing what a mind can do for a wallet if it wants to
01:31 rue_bed I better do that $10 robot or nobody will
02:44 seravitae hm, those t-slot aluminum channel stuff
02:44 seravitae are they just used as a frame, or do people do something crazy like actually use them as a linear rail by putting a bearing in the groove
09:10 rue_house ser----- didn't stay around for an answer
09:22 tsmeow-afk nods real sl
09:23 katsmeow-afk did you ever stop and ask if anyone else had ever done something, before you did it?
09:24 rue_house I do that every time I have to ground-up build a wheel
09:24 rue_house I'm usually told its impossable
09:24 rue_house I build the wheel
09:24 rue_house and when I'm almost finished people say "but thats been done before"
09:25 rue_house and they point at a square wheel
09:25 tsmeow-afk plays in her words again,,,,, it was so hot, it was "ninty too de-greasy" ,, it's like a forced rhyem in a
09:26 katsmeow-afk "ninet-y two dy-greeas-y" referring to sweat as grease, oil, etc
09:27 katsmeow-afk square wheels lead to gears and sprockets and cogs and other useful things
09:27 katsmeow-afk on the right roadbed, you can't beat a square wheel for stopping power
09:28 katsmeow-afk "that's why we need wheels, to stop heavy loads from going anywhere"
09:28 rue_house I have to find something else to eat for breakfast
09:29 katsmeow-afk a blt with pepperjack sounds good about now
09:34 tsmeow-afk ponders being perverse and founding a new town called "Your
09:34 katsmeow-afk and one called "Day"
09:35 katsmeow-afk Miami and Yourami should really confuse the kids
09:35 katsmeow-afk as well as going to Morrow (georgia) today, or going to Day (whereever) tomorrow
09:37 katsmeow-afk i wonder why "Notre Dame" isn't confusing with "yester day"(- dame)
09:37 katsmeow-afk it's as if there's a peculiar single-line filter to stop it
09:38 katsmeow-afk i should stop playing in words, as entertaining as it is
09:44 katsmeow-afk (traveling along the highway) "oh cool, in a few miles, we'll have gone to Morrow"
09:48 anannie katsmeow-afk you're awesome
09:48 katsmeow-afk lol
09:49 anannie :D
09:50 katsmeow-afk sometimes, you just haveto grab amusement where you can, even if you are the only one who can see it
09:51 anannie Thanks you really made my day
09:51 anannie check this out btw, http://what-if.xkcd.com/3/
09:53 katsmeow-afk wait, the F22 is only 19,700lbs? without fuel, i presume?
09:54 anannie Yup, the fuel is assumed to be a part of the payload while doing design calculations right?
09:55 katsmeow-afk but that's just it, it's expendable payload, you don't land with full fuel tanks, it's against the rules, it's too heavy, too hard on landing gear
09:56 katsmeow-afk all aircraft with significant fuel tanks have dump valves
09:56 anannie I didn't know about this
09:57 anannie they never fly with full fuel tanks not even for really long range missions?
09:57 katsmeow-afk of course they *fly* with full tanks
09:57 anannie ah so they always try to land with light fuel tanks
09:57 anannie what if the pilot needs to abort?
09:57 katsmeow-afk but fuel is so big a proportion of some planes, the SR-22 can't even take off with full tanks
09:58 anannie oh really? I didn't know that. That means that once flight is sustained maintaining lift is easier than taking off?
09:58 katsmeow-afk iirc, you have enough fuel on a military aircraft landing to make 3 or 4 go-rounds without afterburner, and no more
09:59 katsmeow-afk even practicing touch-n-go on some airfields, it blew me away to know they launch with full tanks and dump 90% of it to land 10 minutes later
10:00 katsmeow-afk there's no limit to the SR-22 lift once it's up to speed, but it can't get there while on the ground
10:01 anannie Why not? The air in the upper atmosphere is thinner so one would expect that lift would actually be less for a given speed
10:02 katsmeow-afk i watched an F-something dump fuel once, what an airborne waste, it's why some,, i forget which, training airbase in central usa has so many cases of lung/etc cancers, they are breathing jet fuel
10:02 anannie you used to be an engineer with the military?
10:03 katsmeow-afk you forget speed, the shuttle much come in at a certain angle, else even 100 miles up the air at 13,000 mph will bounce it back into orbit ,, and at a really bad angle
10:03 anannie I haven't... I'm asusming that you would tell me there was some ratio for lift to be just right...
10:03 katsmeow-afk the SR-22 can do above mach4, a brick will sustain flight above mach4
10:04 anannie Doesn't most of the literature say above mac-3.4?
10:04 katsmeow-afk no, you launch a SR-22, there's already a tanker waiting on it to catch fuel
10:05 theBear like an old cadillac ? "where ya goin?" "fuel station" "then where ?" "next fuel station" <grin>
10:05 katsmeow-afk the pilot flight reports i read say at full throttle, the plane will keep accelerating above a certain classified altitude
10:05 katsmeow-afk lol@bear
10:06 anannie assuming that you use the newtonian assumption that the lift is caused by air going over and down the wing thus causing an upward force, what does that mean with all of the variables like density, angle, and all of the rest of that good stuff?
10:06 anannie Why does that actually happen?
10:07 katsmeow-afk the "record setting" flights across the usa set by the SR-22 at retirement aren't the fastest the plane can go, because 1) didn't reach max altitude, and 2) went slow enough to not run out of fuel during the cross-country flight
10:08 katsmeow-afk at mach4 and above, i think newton gets sucked out the window
10:08 anannie what takes its place?
10:09 katsmeow-afk afaik, there is no practical useable limit to the max airspeed you can cram into the SR-22 engines, due to the adjustable nose/shock cones in them, and hence no limit to the fuel , and therefore horsepower
10:10 anannie you mean the ones that allow the system to transition to ramjet, by diverting air directly to the afterburner? I never got how that truly worked
10:11 katsmeow-afk for the same amount of air volume per second, you can get just as much air at 60,000 ft as at sea level if you are going fast enough, and the SR- can go fast enough
10:11 anannie yes, but clearly that's just one part of it. What does the speed do to friction and everything else?
10:12 katsmeow-afk the new hyperspeed x-plane can go as fast as it does only at very high altitudes, else air pressure rips the wings off
10:12 sw0rdfish :o
10:13 katsmeow-afk speed means hitting lots of air, making the SR measureable grow, it's a feature, it literally drips fuel from leaky tanks utill it gets up to operating temperature
10:13 anannie yeah
10:13 katsmeow-afk it's why hammers cost $2000, all tools near a SR *must* be non-sparking
10:14 theBear hmmm... what do you make a non-sparking hammer out of ? or is it just lead and limited-life ? <grin>
10:14 katsmeow-afk iirc, the X-15 was so fast it ionized the air arond it, making radio ineffective
10:15 katsmeow-afk brass, for instance
10:15 theBear ahh yeah, like drifts...
10:16 tsmeow-afk
10:16 anannie katsmeow-afk: Okay another stupid question... Why doesn't brass spark?
10:17 theBear erm, i always assumed because it's too soft
10:17 katsmeow-afk it can't get enough energy from most impact to ignite fragments chipped off
10:17 katsmeow-afk impact = friction, brittle = chips flying
10:18 katsmeow-afk enough impact, at a flying chip as it launches, to cause the chip to burn, and you have sparks
10:19 anannie because it has a high oxidation temperature?
10:20 katsmeow-afk because burning is like a fast rusting, steel buring is an ablative process, whereas aluminum skins over and holds it's oxides (think anodising)
10:21 katsmeow-afk and if the material hit is soft, it absorbs energy in the deformation process, and so yield fewer chip, lower speed chips, and cooler chips
10:21 anannie but rusting is electrochemical oxidation...
10:21 katsmeow-afk so is burning
10:23 anannie Okay yes you have a point. BTW, is there a potential difference when something is burnt burnt?
10:24 katsmeow-afk xkcd didn't answer my question yet, and mine was one of the first, like 1am on launch day : "why is the link to what-if bad?"
10:24 anannie I mean yeah at the end it's the same result
10:26 katsmeow-afk http://what-if.xkcd.com/imgs/a/1/04.png
10:27 katsmeow-afk there is a problem witht hat, in that the shockwave behind the pitcher can't be going as fast as the ball is going in the other direction
10:27 anannie but isn't there a difference in terms of the process. Over there you have a sustained potential difference over time in that case I'm guessing the potential difference is usually quite short lived over a small distance. How do those 2 things actually work if you think about it what causes mere vibration to make that bonding happen.
10:28 anannie I'm confused I guess
10:28 katsmeow-afk and the perimeter of the plasmaised air is only as big as the damage the gamma rays can do to it in the alloted time
10:29 katsmeow-afk i am not understanding the question
10:31 katsmeow-afk brb
10:32 anannie I'm talking about burning by causing vibration amongst atoms leading to some of them to knock together and combine to go into a lower energy state vs. the way in which a potential difference is maintained between different sites on the metal to cause oxidation. I don't understand what's actually going on in these cases tbh. Why does the air do that at all? Why does it happen? I don't truly get it
10:40 katsmeow-afk ah, you are confusing atomic fusion with merely sharing electrons
10:41 anannie no I'm not
10:41 anannie by combination I meant creation of hybridised molecular orbitals
10:41 katsmeow-afk well, vibration has nothing to do with atoms sharing electrons to make up molecules
10:41 anannie you know the anti-bonding and bonding orbitals
10:42 anannie but that's what heat does
10:42 anannie it causes vibration
10:42 anannie and when we heat up things it tends to make them oxidise why is that?
10:42 katsmeow-afk yeas, it is great for aiding the mixing of the atoms, but the vibration speed doesn't approach fusion energies
10:43 anannie but I'm not talking about fusion at all
10:43 anannie something makes the system share orbitals and form molecular orbitals to go into a lower energy state
10:43 anannie and we usually attribute that to energy from heat, and well if heat is just vibration what is causing the electron cloud to behave that way?
10:43 anannie what's going on?
10:44 katsmeow-afk if you aren't talking fusion, then the vibration has nothing to do with combining the atoms, the oxidative process is the same at any temperature, it's only accellerated sometimes at higher temperatures
10:45 katsmeow-afk it's 10:30, i have not had breakfast yet, how about if you and furry work this out and i'll catch up later?
10:45 anannie sure
10:45 anannie I'll go order some pizza for dinner
11:33 katsmeow-afk speaking of travelng to Morrow, it's currently raining in Weathers
11:37 furrywolf Today's Rain: 1.12 in
11:37 furrywolf grrrr! my peppers need sun, not rain!
11:38 tsmeow-afk gets off her tippytoes and walks away from them qui
11:39 furrywolf ?
11:40 katsmeow-afk (scent marking --- golden showers?)
11:40 katsmeow-afk rain?
11:40 katsmeow-afk nvm
11:40 furrywolf .. wtf?
11:41 katsmeow-afk once more ......
11:41 katsmeow-afk [11:27] <furrywolf> grrrr! my peppers need sun, not rain!
11:41 katsmeow-afk [11:28] * katsmeow-afk gets off her tippytoes and walks away from them quickly
11:41 katsmeow-afk ok, i guess you had to be there
11:41 furrywolf repeating the same thing won't make it suddenly make more sense.
11:42 katsmeow-afk you said the pepers needed sun, not rain,, peeing on them is "rain", aka "golden showers" , a yellow hankie
11:42 katsmeow-afk so i stopped and walked away
11:42 tsmeow-afk s
11:42 katsmeow-afk wait tilly our brain is on, you'll maybe laugh
11:44 furrywolf I don't pee on my peppers, nor am I into golden showers. It's raining outside. Normal, non-golden variety.
11:44 furrywolf the kind that falls from clouds.
11:45 katsmeow-afk i was a cat, scent marking on your peppers, you growled, i stopped,
11:45 furrywolf nor have I ever heard of pee being called rain anyway...
11:45 katsmeow-afk have you heard of rain being called "a shower" ?
11:45 furrywolf yes
11:46 katsmeow-afk i have no picture of this to obscure with text boxes and lines and circles, so you'll just haveto not understand it
11:48 katsmeow-afk for your V-18 car engine : Bosch Oxygen Sensors Lot of 18 New in Box Great Deal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

14:17 sw0rdfish let me ssh to my laptop and try and find it.
14:19 sw0rdfish plane
14:20 sw0rdfish damn i might be wrong about what I just said... the memory is vague, but if I find the source code files then I'll know. :)
14:22 biker nice :p
14:25 sw0rdfish yay
14:25 sw0rdfish I found it
14:25 sw0rdfish http://code.google.com/p/gentlenav/
14:26 sw0rdfish hehe I was just lazy to walk to my laptop
14:26 sw0rdfish typed "board" into firefox and got it :D ... (thank gawd I never ever delete history :D)
14:26 biker sw0rdfish, damn, they dont sell the board anymore
14:27 sw0rdfish indeed. :O
14:36 biker sw0rdfish, where can i buy sensors? like the accelerometer, the gyro, gps, etc,., ?
14:36 biker i just know sparkfun and futurlec
14:40 sw0rdfish I haz no idea mate.
14:41 sw0rdfish I was just looking at that to note it down the list of to-do projects. :)
14:41 sw0rdfish biker, ^^
14:42 biker lol ok :P
15:22 furrywolf someone offered me $250 for my old Marantz amps... I think I'll take it.
15:23 furrywolf a working 4240 and a broken 2238b
15:23 furrywolf (mildly broken - someone picked it up by the am antenna and broke all the wires off the radio board)
15:32 furrywolf I could get about $200 each for them on ebay, but then paypal and ebay would take $50 of the $400, I'd have to deal with boxing them, etc.
15:38 sw0rdfish wow wtf
15:38 sw0rdfish $50 !!!!
15:38 sw0rdfish is your account a business account?
15:38 sw0rdfish with paypal
15:38 furrywolf yes
15:38 furrywolf also, ebay's final value fees are up to 11% or something stupid.
15:45 Tom_itx can you say free money?
15:45 furrywolf ?
15:45 Tom_itx if you're ebay/paypal
15:45 Tom_itx it's a racket
15:45 furrywolf why do you think musk has enough spare cash floating around to privately fund space exploration?
15:46 Tom_itx i would tunnel instead of go to space
15:47 Tom_itx like the mexicans do at the border
15:47 furrywolf why?
15:47 Tom_itx something to do
15:47 Tom_itx why go to space?
15:47 furrywolf so you can launch satellites, get big government contracts, etc.
15:48 Tom_itx the guy that designed the large gun to shoot things into space was killed because he was getting real close to doing it
15:51 furrywolf bbl, work
15:51 Tom_itx it was mounted on a hillside
15:51 Tom_itx can't find it now
16:10 ace4016 so they won't allow a space gun, but they'll allow non-commercial civilian groups to create rockets that can reach the edge of space?

19:27 rue_house anacin advil or asprin, which ones the anti-inflamitory?
19:28 Tom_itx dunno, take 2 of each
19:28 theBear aspirin
19:28 theBear maybe advil too
19:39 biker advil
19:39 biker but the bust anti-inflanatory is arnica
19:41 theBear i used to like what they put in voltaren, but years of back problems made my stomach incapable of taking it anymore
19:42 ace4016 dietary change + excercise instead? :P
19:43 theBear heh, i was on a walking stick for most of the last year, i'm a little past that :( and i was fit at the start of it ...
19:46 ace4016 it's never too late to be past improving diet in today's modern society, though how much it will help your troubles depends on the issue...
19:46 ace4016 also depends what type of changes you make
19:47 theBear mmm, when i'm employed my diet is surprisingly not-bad most of the time... liquor probably doesn't help, but i've got no intentions of moderating that in the foreseeable future
