07:53 AM skunkworks[m]: Aligning the ball screw in the X axis challenging. I figured it needed about .015 of shim for it to work. Looked at my cad drawing and a few measurments I made - and it looks like I am off by .016"

02:13 PM roycroft: i went to the store and bought a $3.50 hook to hang up a big crank wheel for my tubing bender
02:13 PM roycroft: that started a chain of events that allowed me to clear about 30% of the floor space in my fabrication shop

I would like to ask for some help, mostly by asking for hal files so I d not have to do it from scratch since I have seen plenty have anctally finished that. I have no electronics on my Mikron WF3 DCM, and everything was unplugged so I'm trying to understand how it all works etc .. thanks!
