[10:50:54] <Gigs-> I suspect the graham design fell out of favor in favor of the more straightforward hydraulic/hydrostatic designs since they use much cheaper oil/fluid

[11:29:38] <Gigs-> a good lead/tin solder will provide superior resistance to cracking from thermal cycles and mechanical shock
[11:29:45] <jdh> they seem to fail when a brush sticks and increases load on the remaining ones.
