[13:05:11] <MattyMatt> I had an idea for a hybrid system, simple meshes at the deepest level of voxels, so when your cutter make a million tiny polys in a tiny space, they are easy to simplify

[13:06:21] <MattyMatt> yeah, and no poly extends beyond the voxel, so worst case is "panic and clear voxel"

[13:06:50] <Chemeleon> I also want to setup some more realistic shaders when I work on the viewer app, so you can do things like preview how light would bleed through a lithopane

[13:09:26] <Chemeleon> the other "big" thing I want of the viewer, is the ability to rearrange the post-simulation parts, so you can do a final assembly of the work to show clients, with proper materials, etc
