[01:59:41] <Aero-Tec2> hello
[01:59:57] <DJ9DJ> moin
[02:01:58] <Aero-Tec> it is me
[02:02:44] <DJ9DJ> hi :)
[02:04:31] <Aero-Tec> hi
[02:04:38] <Aero-Tec> just use here?
[02:04:51] <Aero-Tec> I am off to bed soon
[02:05:11] <Aero-Tec> all most midnight here
[02:05:59] <DJ9DJ> good night
[02:06:55] <Aero-Tec> night
[03:59:31] <Loetmichel> moin
[03:59:38] <Loetmichel> aehm, mornin'
[04:04:26] <Guest90608> hi, im setting up a new linuxcnc system. Was looking for recommendations for motherboards
[04:04:50] <Guest90608> would appreciate the help
[04:09:35] <Valen> Guest90608: take a look at the emc latency page
[04:12:34] <andy1978> Loetmichel: schönes denglisch
[04:21:00] <Guest90608> Valen: I did. many of the motherboards have been discontinued. I am planning to buy a new board.
[04:21:25] <Guest90608> was hoping for some more recent recommendations
[04:29:40] <Loetmichel> andy1978: ?
[04:32:17] <andy1978> Loetmichel: moin, mornin'?
[04:32:28] <andy1978> deutsch, englisch?
[04:34:37] <Loetmichel> andy1978: i corrected
[04:34:42] <Loetmichel> myselfd
[04:34:44] <Loetmichel> -d
[08:13:01] <andreas> I can't find min_limit / max_limit in hal ... where should it be at in the tree?
[08:17:48] <Tom_itx> andreas, it's in the .ini in the p[: http://www.linuxcnc.org/docs/html/config/ini_config.html
[08:18:16] <Tom_itx> andreas, it's in the .ini in the [AXIS] section: http://www.linuxcnc.org/docs/html/config/ini_config.html
[08:18:50] <exco> Tom_itx, thanks, yes I know
[08:19:27] <exco> but how do I access the parameter from hal? (I want to build a pyvcp meter which displays the actual min/max softstop limits)
[08:21:44] <skroon_> hi all
[08:27:00] <Tom_itx> if you know what you put in the ini, add it to the meter code
[08:27:59] <Tom_itx> halui.axis.n.pos-feedback
[08:28:11] <Tom_itx> is the actual position
[08:29:33] <exco> Tom_itx, yes, you're right. That's how I have set it up atm
[08:30:04] <exco> just that I need to tune the 6 axis robot and thought it would be easier to read the soft switches so I don't have to hardcode it in the xml file
[08:30:06] <exco> apparently not ;-)
[08:56:43] <pcw_home> Maybe you can set a HAL pin with the INI value
[08:57:33] <pcw_home> setp I should say
[09:05:07] <DJ9DJ> re
[09:16:31] <Loetmichel> sooo, just got the "shipped"mail... tomorrow my stock of IPA will be refilled with 10 liters
[09:17:38] <Loetmichel> can clean parts again ;-) (maybe i should get a cheap airbrush, so i can make a "minimum-amount colling system" for the Mill
[09:17:49] <pcw_home> We get it in 5 Gal cans (from a printers supply)
[09:18:51] <pcw_home> on airbrush with IPA is probably a fair flame thrower...
[09:19:16] <pcw_home> s/on/an/
[09:19:32] <Loetmichel> PCW: this is germany... overe here i have to hope that no government agency thins "what is a hobbyist doing wiht 10 liters of a dangeroius chemical?"
[09:19:44] <Loetmichel> and it isnt
[09:20:09] <pcw_home> We have that here as well: DHS
[09:20:29] <Loetmichel> flame thrower is: old oil heater nozzle, 2 gallons of diesel, propane as pressirizer, mionitorch as ignition flame ;-)
[09:20:49] <Loetmichel> BTDT
[09:20:50] <pcw_home> not sure what you can do bad with IPA, acetone yes
[09:22:09] <Loetmichel> me neither, bu i know our poolice... they will pull something out of their noses if they want to seize that stuff ;-)
[10:59:59] <ssi> we once put a half pound of tannerite in a milk jug with about a quart of jet-A
[11:00:15] <ssi> it's hard to light that stuff, but it's spectacular once you do
[11:00:45] <archivist> naughty boy!
[11:00:52] <ssi> haha I have video of it
[11:01:01] <ssi> or rather, youtubs does
[11:01:16] <ssi> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r44GJh4rD2w

[11:01:20] * archivist admits nothing
[11:01:35] <ssi> nothing particularly illegal about it :P
[12:10:48] <IchGuckLive> hi all B)
[12:55:20] <JT-Shop> we only get one shot at tannerite or your laughed at
[12:56:10] <Jymmm> JT-Shop: one shot? it's not that hard to go KaBoom.
[13:00:40] <Willburrrr2003> Good Morning Everyone
[13:01:10] <IchGuckLive> its 20pm
[13:01:12] <IchGuckLive> 8pm
[13:01:19] <IchGuckLive> O.O
[13:01:32] <Willburrrr2003> I was checking out tools that might benifit my machine, and came accross Rockhopper...has anyone here tried it?
[13:01:42] <Willburrrr2003> LOL, it's 11am here
[13:05:42] <Willburrrr2003> Rockhopper looks to have many usefull tools for editing config files, testing and troubleshooting functions too. If I can get my PC to fire back up tomorrow I will try installing it and seeing if it is helpful as it looks
[13:15:48] <andypugh> How on earth do I protoype the circuit for these 0.050" pitch ICs?
[13:17:15] <andypugh> Ah, wait, I made that mistake on the first layout. 0.025" pitch (0.635mm)
[13:17:49] <archivist> I often prototype wth a custom pcb, you kill the pcb design faults at the same time
[13:18:17] <andypugh> Yes, I think I might just go straight to PCB fab.
[13:19:04] <archivist> I only vero for one off interface boards these days
[13:19:26] <archivist> or true rats nesting :)
[13:19:35] <Willburrrr2003> Andy, What kind of board are you prototyping?
[13:20:18] <andypugh> Just a port-protector for RPi
[13:20:39] <andypugh> Mainly because I quite enjoy laying out pCbs
[13:20:55] <IchGuckLive> B)
[13:21:04] <IchGuckLive> eagle routing is always fun stuff
[13:21:16] <Willburrrr2003> Andy, that's as fine a reason for making something as I ever heard :)
[13:21:51] <IchGuckLive> http://foengarage.de/pcb.jpg pcb milling your on pendant
[13:22:10] <IchGuckLive> http://kleinwindkrafttechnik.de/pendant_V1.jpg
[13:23:07] <andypugh> can you mill 0.3x0.5 pads?
[13:23:10] <FredrikHson> thats one nice looking pendant
[13:24:40] <Willburrrr2003> Wow, no kidding that is one hell of a nice pendant!
[13:25:05] <FredrikHson> the smallest pads i have milled successfully is for the FT232R usb ->serial chip
[13:25:29] <Willburrrr2003> I think it will be awile before I can have a pendant like that....mine will be a joypad to start :p
[13:25:50] <IchGuckLive> agree 2 fredrik i did usb chip also for tinyest
[13:26:09] <FredrikHson> that reminds me i should finish my pendant
[13:26:19] <FredrikHson> all i need to do is the enclosure
[13:26:28] <IchGuckLive> Willburrrr2003: if you stay tuned i will upload the pendant video for todays special joypad ariving
[13:26:31] <FredrikHson> been laying on a shelf for ages
[13:26:46] <IchGuckLive> i shot for the University 100 joypads
[13:26:52] <IchGuckLive> and they work propper
[13:27:02] <IchGuckLive> on ebay its 9Euro
[13:27:16] <IchGuckLive> vid compiling is 51 percent
[13:27:22] <Willburrrr2003> IchGucklive --> I look forward to it. Will it be on here or on the forums?
[13:28:00] <IchGuckLive> Willburrrr2003: basicly its a http://wiki.linuxcnc.org/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?Simple_Remote_Pendant
[13:28:16] <IchGuckLive> xbox 360 cost around 25USD
[13:29:12] <Willburrrr2003> Yup, that is the link that turned me onto joypad pendants last week :) I have the joypad, just need to get up and running again so I can try to set it up.
[13:29:42] <Willburrrr2003> Went to fire up my linuxcnc box wed night only to find the monitor died :(
[13:29:47] <FredrikHson> https://www.dropbox.com/s/xj0mrrkzwo8scng/mpgpendant02.JPG mine well the one i sold as i had the parts for a second one already done...
[13:29:48] <IchGuckLive> plug in and input command to your mashine hal and done in first step
[13:30:02] <FredrikHson> never did get around to making the holes on the front of the box :P
[13:30:40] <IchGuckLive> FredrikHson: Estop button ?
[13:30:49] <FredrikHson> https://www.dropbox.com/s/0h6redy583h8kgf/pcb07.JPG
[13:30:56] <FredrikHson> only an on/off switch
[13:31:38] <FredrikHson> works just as good however especially since the spindle isn't hooked to the computer at all... yet
[13:32:20] <IchGuckLive> why dont you simply use a arduino
[13:32:47] <FredrikHson> it is pretty much one just cheaper
[13:32:51] <IchGuckLive> fredrik its more fun on pcb erouting or
[13:33:04] <IchGuckLive> B)
[13:33:39] <FredrikHson> the atmega chip + everything other than the ft232 chip is like 1/10th of the price of an entire arduino
[13:33:53] <IchGuckLive> agree
[13:34:08] <IchGuckLive> but there is a halcomp for arduino
[13:34:35] <FredrikHson> wrote my own firmware+software based on... 2 sec
[13:34:51] <FredrikHson> https://ckcnc.wordpress.com/page/2/ this code
[13:35:15] <FredrikHson> https://ckcnc.wordpress.com/2011/01/08/simple-emc-arduino-howto/ there to be specific
[13:37:57] <IchGuckLive> he got so nice printings on the buttons

[13:41:05] <IchGuckLive> exco: nice
[13:46:34] <exco> is awallin still around sometimes?
[13:46:48] <Willburrrr2003> exco, that is sweeeet!
[13:46:54] <IchGuckLive> yes but he is on the run
[13:47:10] <IchGuckLive> exco: working worldwide
[13:47:53] <exco> well I promised him a video like half a year ago - but I couldn't work on the robot (just started recently again)
[13:48:36] <IchGuckLive> i will tell him if i see him B)
[13:48:52] <exco> thanks.
[13:49:22] <IchGuckLive> he is maybe more in freecad channel now
[13:49:30] <exco> I will stop by again once the robot is complete and publish all the details if possible

[13:55:54] <Willburrrr2003> IchGuckLive> thanks that is cool , I will have to brush up on my German ;)
[13:56:10] <IchGuckLive> i will do a Eng 2
[13:56:14] <Willburrrr2003> I can understand a lot more than I though I would be able to at the start
[13:56:45] <Willburrrr2003> I would love an Eng version! I will favorite your youtube channel and watch for it :)
[13:56:58] <IchGuckLive> as many here O.O
[13:58:16] <IchGuckLive> im off by till tomorrow
[14:26:46] <L84Supper2> http://www.3ders.org/articles/20130523-homeland-security-bulletin-it-could-be-impossible-to-stop-3d-printed-guns.html is this really news to anyone with a clue?
[14:29:58] <Loetmichel> L84Supper: only to anyone in government
[15:08:05] <CBJamo> Hi all
[15:09:03] <CBJamo> has anyone tried using all-in-one/integrated pcs like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131875
[15:10:16] <JT-Shop> yea
[15:11:17] <CBJamo> JT-Shop: How well did it work? it seems like the perfect solution to me.
[15:11:24] <andypugh> That's pretty much the default type now. Mounted in the box with all the _much_more_expensive_ boards.
[15:11:53] <JT-Shop> aye, except on one machine the monitor is 1440 x 900 and I had to add a cheap video card
[15:12:33] <CBJamo> Heh, I'm glad I'm not the one writing the cheques.
[15:12:47] <andypugh> If you can find one with 12V in and a parallel port then there are more options. Note that Mini-ATX is even smaller than Micro-ATX, though that means you only normally get one PCI port
[15:14:17] <CBJamo> RIght now the plan is to use a mesa board, so I'm not to worried about a parallel port, but if there is a recommended board I'm all ears.
[15:17:28] <JT-Shop> that seems to be one of the better (low latency) boards you can find now
[15:17:47] <andypugh> PCW (of Mesa) reports excellent results with exactly the board you first listed.
[15:18:51] <CBJamo> Nice, thats just the first one I found on newegg that looked decent. Is there a place I can look at latency numbers from known setups?
[15:19:24] <CBJamo> Specificly for mesa boards, I mean
[15:23:42] <PCW> People have reported good results with this one
[15:23:44] <PCW> http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128561
[15:27:36] <CBJamo> PCW: You work for Mesa?
[15:28:05] <PCW> Work may be too strong a term
[15:28:14] <Loetmichel> he IS mesa ;-)
[15:29:28] <ssi> so I wrote a little demo fgpa program that just counts and puts the bottom 8 bits of the counter register on the 8 leds
[15:29:33] <ssi> I've got it synthesized and a bitfile created
[15:29:49] <ssi> but I'm not quite sure how to get it programmed on the chip
[15:29:58] <ssi> using the stupid impact gui tool :/
[15:30:22] <PCW> you have a jtag programmer?
[15:30:34] <ssi> the board that I'm using has usb jtag onboard
[15:30:51] <ssi> I do have two different jtag programmers though, but I haven't tried them yet
[15:31:01] <ssi> I can boundary scan the chain, and I can program the fpga from the tool
[15:31:12] <ssi> and it makes the current program stop running, but my program doesn't seem to work
[15:31:15] <ssi> could be anything :)
[15:32:15] <PCW> Yeah did you check that your ucf file is associated with the top level source file?
[15:32:28] <PCW> (look at the pad report)
[15:32:40] <ssi> I did all the synthesis and bitfile generation using command line tools
[15:32:43] <ssi> following a howto
[15:32:50] <ssi> but lemme look
[15:33:08] <ssi> I have several .xrpt files
[15:33:17] <ssi> oh parout_pad.txt probably
[15:33:40] <PCW> if it not specified right the tools will cheerfully make firmware with random pinouts
[15:33:50] <CBJamo> Cool, We're building a 3d printer and we'll be using a parrallel ganty setup, like this: http://web.mit.edu/imoyer/www/portfolio/fabmate/index.html except we'll be useing leadscrews on each side, each driven by an independent brushless motor with hall and linear feedback. What is the best way to take all the encoder data back in? and how dificult will it be to configure the 7i39 to drive two motors on the same axis?
[15:34:49] <andypugh> The encoders connect directly to the 7i39
[15:35:03] <andypugh> And HAL just sees the counts.
[15:35:14] <CBJamo> It can be configured to use linear incremental encoders?
[15:35:42] <CBJamo> I thouhgt it would only take hall inputs.
[15:35:57] <andypugh> There is much ongoing discussion about gantries on the mailing list at the moment. You probably want to be using the special branch of LinuxCNC that separates the concept of the "axis" from the "actuator"
[15:36:13] <andypugh> There are headers on the board for Halls and Encoder.
[15:36:44] <CBJamo> great, that certainly makes my job easier. What is the name of the branch?
[15:36:47] <andypugh> You need both.
[15:36:54] <andypugh> joints_axes3
[15:37:28] <CBJamo> thanks
[15:38:08] <CBJamo> is that discussion in emc or emc-dev?
[15:38:17] <andypugh> Both :-)
[15:38:43] <CBJamo> heh, ok
[15:40:04] <CBJamo> Will I have any trouble using linear encoders with the 7i39 or with linuxcnc?
[15:42:55] <CBJamo> Also, has anyone seen this motor (the one that is on sale): http://www.anaheimautomation.com/products/brushless/brushless-motor-item.php?sID=148&pt=i&tID=96&cID=22
[15:44:52] <andypugh> CBJamo: Shouldn't be a problem.
[15:45:48] <CBJamo> andypugh: good, I didn't think it would be, but I wanted to be sure.
[15:46:12] <andypugh> That's a nice size motor, and a really good price.
[15:46:28] <andypugh> A very good match for the 7i39 too.
[15:46:46] <CBJamo> Thats what I thought, the only problem I see is that there is not backshaft for easy encoder mounting.
[15:50:05] <andypugh> 4 pole motor, so 12 hall transitions per rev. You get .004" resolution on 20tpi leadscrew with just Hall sensors.
[15:50:54] <andypugh> But you can just mount encoders on the far end of the leadscrew.
[15:54:52] <CBJamo> Since we are building a 3d printer, not a mill our screws are very fast, they are 1/2in/rev, thus the need for linear encoders.
[16:06:35] <CBJamo> How up to date and how stable is ja3?
[16:09:01] <cradek> huh I found an 81000 pulse/rev encoder. it uses laser diffraction.
[16:13:00] <PCW> there are some in the millions of counts though they typically dont use quadrature
[16:13:28] <cradek> looks like that's cycles, not edges
[16:13:46] <cradek> yeah some models in this family have sine output, but this one happily is quadrature
[16:14:05] <CBJamo> cradek: who's the make?
[16:14:09] <andypugh> Resolvers do that easily
[16:14:23] <cradek> http://consumer.usa.canon.com/cusa/semiconductor/products/encoder_optolectronic_components/laser_rotary_encoder/r_1so_r_1sl_r_1p32#BrochuresAndManuals
[16:15:04] <cradek> andypugh: I was looking, but didn't find a single resolver at this surplus place
[16:15:13] <PCW> Yeah we've seen a proto of a couple million count encoder using the cheap Avago analog pickup and interpolation
[16:15:18] <cradek> got a box full of encoders and other goodies though
[16:15:24] <CBJamo> I'd love to get my hands on some, but I somehow doubt that they are in my price range.
[16:17:20] <andypugh> I bought a resolver on eBay the other day. Well, I think it is a resolver: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/PRECISION-ROTARY-ENCODER-by-LTN-PRINTED-CIRCUIT-BOARD-ROBOT-PROJECT-/261214253903?_trksid=p2047675.l2557&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEWNX%3AIT&nma=true&si=PQpYFLIAvsBr4Fk6DPdQbZ4pUy4%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc
[16:18:14] <andypugh> CBJamo: I wonder if the encoder strips from printers would work?
[16:18:20] <cradek> it does look like it might be one
[16:19:22] <CBJamo> andypugh: we're planning on using us digital encoders, around 100$ an axis for 50 micron resolution.
[16:19:46] <DJ9DJ> gn8
[16:27:24] <Connor> andypugh: Private listing.. and has ended.. can't see the info on it.
[16:27:52] <Connor> never mind.. got it.
[16:27:57] <Connor> stupid freaking ebay.
[17:42:57] <Nick001-Shop> <PCW> What dir does the bit file for the 7i52S card go?
[17:57:05] <PCW> in goes in /lib/firmware/hm2/cardname (cardname is 5i20,5i23,etc)
[17:57:36] <PCW> it goes in
[17:58:23] <Nick001-Shop> I also picked up on the command control=1 and no info I can find of where it goes
[17:58:45] <PCW> man hostmot2
[17:59:06] <PCW> stepgen section
[18:00:22] <Nick001-Shop> I'll look again and see. I hope to get to it this weekend.
[18:03:34] <PCW> the hostmot2 stepgen can run in position mode (control-type 0) or velocity mode (control-type 1)
[18:05:36] <Nick001-Shop> I'm going for control-type 1 - is that the syntax for 2.5.1?
[18:08:36] <Nick001-Shop> or is it control=1 as I've seen?
[18:11:41] <CBJamo> later guys, thanks for the help
[18:15:23] <PCW> linuxcnc version is not relevant
[18:16:06] <PCW> this is a hostmot2 hardware stepgen feature
[18:17:44] <PCW> something like
[18:17:45] <PCW> setp hm2_5i20.0.stepgen.00.control-type 1
[18:22:56] <Nick001-Shop> do I use stepgen.02 for 2 steppers or stepgen.00.control-type 1_stepgen.01.control-type 1
[18:23:59] <Nick001-Shop> if I'm using 2 steppers
[18:44:35] <PCW> each stepgen is independent and must be individually setup
[18:45:35] <PCW> setp hm2_5i20.0.stepgen.00.control-type 1
[18:45:37] <PCW> setp hm2_5i20.0.stepgen.01.control-type 1
[18:45:38] <PCW> wouldl set stepgens 0 and 1 to velocity mode
[18:46:57] <PCW> take a look at a stepper example file, like hm2-stepper.hal
[18:50:01] <Nick001-Shop> so I'm addressing the 5i20 and not the 7i52S
[18:50:16] <PCW> Yes
[18:51:23] <PCW> all stepgen hardware is in the FPGA, the 7I52S just buffers the FPGA pins
[18:51:24] <Nick001-Shop> with the 7i52s bit file in the dir, it automatically uses the correct pinout?
[18:51:59] <PCW> You need to select the correct firmware in the .ini file
[18:52:17] <L84Supper2> we are working on updating RTAI to catch up to the kernel support for the AMD APU's.... but it will be RT and Xenomai that will work well with the GPU drivers first
[18:54:20] <Nick001-Shop> OK-thanks - should keep me busy this weekend -)
[18:54:35] <PCW> I can imagine using some APU horsepower for exotic kinematics (the fastest APUs are close to as teraflop)
[18:56:39] <L84Supper2> PCW: we also need it fir image processing since we are syncing cameras and scanning for defects on the fly
[18:57:14] <PCW> Yeah what is that toolset OCL?
[18:57:35] <L84Supper2> yes
[18:58:12] <PCW> I was looking at some more modest GPUs (freescale imx6) and they seem more open than many
[18:59:40] <L84Supper2> the open mali driver is moving along
[19:00:17] <L84Supper2> http://limadriver.org/
[19:00:27] <PCW> Nice to get even a few gflops more on embedded stuff
[19:00:40] <PCW> bbl Dinner!
[19:00:56] <L84Supper2> heh breakfast here
[19:01:19] <L84Supper2> back on China time
[19:01:21] <PCW> well happy food time!
[21:56:51] <Willburrrr2003> I was successful getting my linuxcnc pc to boot tonight , now i can get my config files off it and install the latest linuxcnc software .
[21:58:44] <pcw_home> It was busted?
[21:58:57] <Willburrrr2003> i have a three day weekend, and i plan on spending lots of time working on getting my lathe back up and running, and modding /upgradding it as much as i can!
[21:59:14] <jdh> I took today off for 4 days
[21:59:53] <Willburrrr2003> it has been in storage since last july. when i set it back up yesterday it would not boot and just sat at a blank screen
[22:00:39] <Willburrrr2003> jdh, i wish i could have done that too!
[22:03:05] <jdh> I'll split the cost with you! I ended up spending $250 on boat stuff
[22:13:37] <Willburrrr2003> lost my connection and it cleared the whole chat window
[22:15:35] <Willburrrr2003> looking forward to getting several mods and upgarades to my lathe this weekend
[22:18:22] <Willburrrr2003> adding optical encoders for spindle (index and encoder phase A), remounting limit/home switches, upgrading to latest software, installing rockhopper utility too
[22:27:48] <Willburrrr2003> anyone else gonna spend thos weekend working on their setups?
[22:30:53] <andypugh> No. I am going to spend it working on other people's setups. :-)
[22:31:07] <Willburrrr2003> lol
[22:31:47] <Willburrrr2003> yup, your top of my list if i run into issues with my mods and upgrades hehe
[22:31:48] <andypugh> Got a few bits of the software I want to work on.
[22:32:02] <Willburrrr2003> cool , what bits?
[22:32:41] <andypugh> moving a parameter to a pin, maybe a generic mux, thinking about tool tables.
[22:33:19] <Willburrrr2003> not happy with current tool tables?
[22:34:41] <andypugh> There are odd limitations, like only 56 tools, only one spindle, only one carousel, no wear offsets.
[22:36:39] <Tom_itx> that was abrupt
[22:36:59] <Tom_itx> i thought most machines used diameter comp for wear
[22:37:15] <Willburrrr2003> that sounds like a lot of fun Andy :-)
[22:37:35] <Tom_itx> he left
[22:42:58] <grandixximo> can i home and axis by sending an output and waiting for an input?
[22:45:06] <grandixximo> i want to use a spindle as an axis, spindle can make home by sending him an input, and it will send an output when done, which is much faster than normal homing, anyone made something similar?
[22:45:39] <grandixximo> homing sequence all move axis, in this case i don't need to move the axis
[22:46:05] <grandixximo> just send it the homing output, and wait for the homing done input
[22:46:47] <Willburrrr2003> anyone got serial modbus with their classicladder working?
[22:47:22] <pcw_home> Theres a spindle orient component but I have no idea how it works
[22:49:23] <pcw_home> http://wiki.linuxcnc.org/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?VFD_Modbus
[22:53:15] <Willburrrr2003> thx pcx, i will read that when i get home
[22:53:21] <Willburrrr2003> oops pcw
