03:25 AM carsten_eck: Commit fa2bfe0 "Distutils elision - Try fix suggested by tefano Rivera" solves a problem in Debian 12 Bookworm. But the Build CI / package-arch (debian:bookworm) check is cancelled after the fail of Debian 11 check Build CI / package-arch (debian:bullseye).

03:45 AM carsten_eck: No, i am new to github. But there must be a dependency rule between the two checks. The other ckecks, e.g. Build CI / rip-and-test, are not affected.

04:05 AM rmu: IIRC think that has already been discussed and the conclusion was that for a CI test it doesn't make much sense to continue if it fails for one platform
