10:11 AM seb_kuzminsky: ok, the rpi4 buildworker is back up
10:12 AM seb_kuzminsky: pere: that was my first guess too, but the builds happen on an external spinning hard disk (connected via a sata-to-usb adapter), and that's where the failure was
10:12 AM seb_kuzminsky: the sd card in the pi doesn't get many writes, and as a result its longevity is pretty good
10:13 AM seb_kuzminsky: the spinner was some random one i dug out of the junk pile, i'm surprised it's lasted as long as it has... a power cycle and fsck and it's back up and running, we'll see how long it lasts

11:16 AM travis_farmer: wish there was something i could do to help, seb_kuzminsky. i have a virtual enviroment machine (Proxmx VE) with some spare cores, memory, and harddrive space left (12 cores, 16GB ram, and 2TB drive space. no idea how to setup a Rpi cross-compiler, but i have the resources availible if it can be used.
11:28 AM travis_farmer: an aternitive, i have a Rpi CM4 with I/O board (1 or 2GB ram) i could load an image on and fire up. just need to get a drive for it for the builds.
