09:29 AM roguish[m]: pere: good day.....
10:25 AM roguish[m]: pere: question...... what the heck is the Wayland thing? I see some posts in the forum that it is causing problems.
10:25 AM roguish[m]: just curious
01:22 PM JT-Cave: seb_kuzminsky, I made a Rpi4 deb for 32bit debian 11, how do I add that to linucnc.org/dists/bullseye?
01:23 PM JT-Cave: I can ssh in but I've not figured out how and where everything is
04:04 PM pere: seen <URL: https://github.com/coreinfrastructure/best-practices-badge/ >?
05:05 PM pere: seb_kuzminsky: time for a new upload to debian?
05:13 PM JT-Cave: how does that work? smoe is sponsoring mesact to debina
05:14 PM JT-Cave: debian
05:28 PM pere: JT-Cave: how does what work?
05:29 PM JT-Cave: having a repo in debian
05:30 PM pere: I believe seb_kuzminsky got a separate git repo for the debian build setup used during upload, he prepare a source package for me to sign and upload (aka sponsor).
05:30 PM JT-Cave: do you have to manually upload to debian when you make changes?
05:31 PM JT-Cave: ok
05:32 PM JT-Cave: so seb makes a deb in a separate git repo?
05:53 PM pere: I think so.
05:53 PM pere: uploads to debian are manually signed by the uploader, in this case me.
05:54 PM pere: The key I use to sign is on a hardware dongle mostly offline, and only inserted into the machine when I sign packages.
05:56 PM pere: I hope we can get to a point where more than seb_kuzminsky and me can do the upload. not quite sure what is needed to get there.
