09:33 AM jepler[m]: on the one hand this can't be fixed after the fact since git history of our main branch should be left as is. on the other hand it won't affect a 'real release' since that's human written instead

03:16 PM andypugh: I don’t see why not, if it works. But it’s not my area of expertise.
03:26 PM pere: it works, just did not understand why desktop files were two different places, and slightly but not sensibly different.
