10:53 AM jepler: Hey all. I believe that LinuxCNC should adopt a code of conduct, so I've drafted https://github.com/LinuxCNC/wlo/pull/14 -- I feel that the majority of people in this community conduct themselves well the majority of the time, but when there are problems we don't have a specific document to point at to show what our standards are. Constructive feedback and support would be greatly appreciated.
11:19 AM Roguish: jepler, totally agree. topics go way off linuxncn and machines and machining......
11:51 AM Tom_L: they have been one of the more lenient channels i've been in
11:52 AM Tom_L: you get to know regulars and tend to talk about every day things aside from lcnc & machining etc
11:53 AM Tom_L: politics and religion are a no no :)
11:57 AM jepler: I don't see a problem with talking about everyday things, though if it gets out of hand we could always create a #linuxcnc-offtopic.
11:57 AM Tom_L: or direct them to pm
11:58 AM Tom_L: when it does go ot, it's generally between a couple ppl
12:05 PM Tom_L: i think those look fine to me
01:50 PM mrec: andypugh: https://forum.linuxcnc.org/24-hal-components/42740-xhc-whb04b-4-6-issues#212091 can you have a quick look at that?
01:50 PM mrec: I don't expect much of a review there
01:51 PM mrec: anything I should change? if not I'll just commit it to github
01:51 PM mrec: (to my repository for pulling it)
