10:46 AM skunkworks: burklefoo: thanks again! you are awesome
10:46 AM skunkworks: are there any settings?
12:41 PM burklefoo: well its not really supported yet so you need to fetch the updated source and rebuild linuxCNC to test
12:44 PM burklefoo: And yes there are settings for scan rates and cycle for fast slow timings (each bit can be fast or slow)
01:56 PM skunkworks: burklefoo: so support is in master?
08:51 PM burklefoo: skunkworks: not yet to use is now you would need to download http://freeby.mesanet.com/newmesa.zip unzip it into src/hal/drivers/mesa-hostmot2
08:52 PM burklefoo: (also copy the included makefile into /src)
09:24 PM jepler: burklefoo: hi, I didn't recognize your name
09:24 PM jepler: also I'm not keeping an eye on irc very well
09:25 PM jepler: a box of boards came in, haven't figured out how to mount the pi to them yet
09:27 PM jepler: standoffs + plug the short ribbon cable up top? unless I modify my pi to have a down-pointing female header?
09:27 PM jepler: skunkworks: hi long time etc
09:33 PM burklefoo: yeah PI right side up. I may change the arrangement later as you cannot use normal spacers on the cable side (you would have to mill a flat on the spacers to use normal flat cables)
09:34 PM burklefoo: just 2 spacers on the non-cable side is OK for testing
09:36 PM burklefoo: That reminds me of a hm2-rpspi bug (or maybe mesaflash bug): if you run hm2_rpspi you can no longer use mesaflash over SPI
09:36 PM burklefoo: (until you reboot)
10:27 PM skunkworks: jepler: Hi!
10:27 PM skunkworks: burklefoo: I will give it a try
