01:36 PM seb_kuzminsky: if it's giving you trouble you can ask for help from the people who have touched the code where the conflict is

09:07 PM jepler: there's an update to joomla "3.9.0" since the middle number increased I'll be checking a bit to see whether it's a disruptive upgrade
09:09 PM jepler: kunena does not state that it is compatible with 3.9.0, just 3.8.x. I'll check back on the situation in a few days
