10:40 AM jepler: step 2.5. waiting for snapshot to complete
10:43 AM jepler: step 3. begin ubuntu upgrade process
11:00 AM jepler: step 4. install extra packages I noticed missing after test upgrade
11:00 AM jepler: step 5. restart, and hope everyhing goes OK
11:00 AM jepler: .. forum is back online, and at least my test post went through
