[21:37:40] <mozmck> cradek: I'm an hour north of dallas just off Hwy 75. If he is driving I could meet him on his way through...
[23:24:31] -linuxcnc-github:#linuxcnc-devel- [13linuxcnc] 15jepler commented on issue #186: @cradek I think this might benefit from your review. If you get a chance, I'd appreciate your comments. 02https://github.com/LinuxCNC/linuxcnc/pull/186#issuecomment-255568204
[23:26:39] <cradek> mozmck: we're here again and talking about that
[23:26:47] <cradek> mozmck: are you still around?
[23:26:52] <mozmck> Yep!
[23:27:31] <mozmck> I would have loved to be there, but my have been with my dad at the hospital most of the week.
[23:27:44] <cradek> I hope he's doing ok, and you are too
[23:27:48] <cradek> we would have loved to see you
[23:28:14] <jepler> stuart wants to have us back here any time...
[23:28:14] <mozmck> I am well, and hope dad will be as well - thanks!
[23:29:22] <mozmck> that would be great. I was hoping to discuss gui stuff as well as release stuff.
[23:29:55] <cradek> yeah, we'll need to do it again soon
[23:30:00] <seb_kuzminsky> mozmck: i'm happy to talk about release stuff on irc or email or one of them phone calls some time
[23:30:23] <mozmck> a phone call could be quicker - we should set up a time.
[23:30:30] <cradek> I think zultron is planning to take 35 home
[23:30:49] <seb_kuzminsky> mozmck: sounds good
[23:31:05] <mozmck> 35 runs about an hour away from me, but I could meet him somewhere.
[23:31:05] <seb_kuzminsky> i'm free most evenings agfter 9 pm mountain
[23:31:39] <mozmck> seb_kuzminsky: sounds good. I'm not sure how the next week or so will be for me, but will try and get it you soon.
[23:31:46] <seb_kuzminsky> ok
[23:32:12] <seb_kuzminsky> i'm planning to release 2.6.13 and 2.7.8 soonish, we could do it together as practice for your release if you like
[23:32:44] <mozmck> Does it seem that the major bugs in master are ironed out now? Does the pre-release need to wait for that?
[23:33:06] <seb_kuzminsky> i think most bugs are out, and i think the pre-release donesn't need to wait for that
[23:33:06] <cradek> I'm personally feeling pretty good about it
[23:33:15] <seb_kuzminsky> it just needs to be better than the previous pre-release
[23:33:22] <mozmck> Ok, well that sounds good to me then.
[23:33:37] <mozmck> Did you get a chance to look at issue 177?
[23:33:58] <seb_kuzminsky> i think it's always ok to release knowns bugs, but each release should have fewer bugs than the previous release
[23:34:21] <seb_kuzminsky> i didn't get anywhere on #177, sorry
[23:35:20] <mozmck> Ok, I will try and look at that - maybe this next week.
[23:35:44] <seb_kuzminsky> i bet it's yet another abort-related problem
[23:39:29] <cradek> state-tags might even fix it
[23:39:43] <cradek> it remembers and restores g64/g61/g61.1
[23:40:58] <cradek> not sure about the corresponding P/Q
[23:41:54] <seb_kuzminsky> i hope so
[23:44:40] <mozmck> Well, better go to bed here - talk to y'all later.
[23:45:06] <seb_kuzminsky> seeya
[23:45:15] <cradek> g'night
