[12:01:43] <seb_kuzminsky> aww yeah, packing for the hackfest
[15:05:23] <AlSmt> JT-Shop, you around?
[15:32:31] <JT-Shop> am now
[16:51:51] <jepler> looks like kunena released version 5 since I last checked version numbers..
[16:52:37] <jepler> and wow such a schedule: 4.x is already EOL and unsupported.
[16:53:20] <jepler> ummm is their "documentation" page just an empty rectangle or is the problem my browser? https://www.kunena.org/documentation
[16:55:17] <jepler> how can they offer zero days overlap of 4.x and 5.x support. sigh.
[17:10:35] <jepler> on a test site the captcha fails (doesn't appear) but that may be because it's not being requested from a "legitimate" url
[17:10:52] <jepler> well now I have to wait a half hour for recaptcha's config to update
[17:12:57] <jepler> the default theme is different but to my eye it looks better
[17:13:13] <jepler> anyway afk, hopefully I can verify later that new signups will work after upgrade, and then actually upgrade...
[17:58:57] <jepler> OK let's dare to do it!
[18:00:39] <JT-Shop> yep pretty sparse docs for me too...
[18:01:11] <JT-Shop> damn the torpedoes full speed ahead!
[19:05:11] <skunkworks_> zlog

[19:06:38] <skunkworks_> just have to bore and grind.. :)
[19:24:43] <jepler> skunkworks_: hope you're having fun making chips
[19:46:57] <andypugh> Did the forum just get an upgrade? It’s all suddenly really unfamiliar.
[19:54:55] <skunkworks_> jepler, yes - loads of fun
[19:55:03] <skunkworks_> linuxcnc 'just works'
[20:33:58] <jepler> andypugh: yes
[20:41:24] <jepler> (I added an announcement to that effect)
