[09:22:51] <cradek> woo! releases!
[09:25:42] <JT-Shop> YEA!
[10:12:05] <jepler> JT-Shop: will you do forum posts about it?
[10:12:13] <jepler> (tia)
[10:37:20] <jthornton> yes
[11:31:21] <skunkworks> zlog
[12:37:14] <maxcnc> hi i woudt like to ask for a Diameter settings in INI on Angular axis
[12:37:41] <maxcnc> benefit to calculate the Speed on axis only F value
[12:38:31] <maxcnc> if i do a G1 C180 F200 on what base is this calculadet the speed
[12:39:24] <maxcnc> i think the max X or y value is used it seams to be
[12:48:24] <skunkworks> If the move is just a rotory axis - the F word is in deg/min. IF combined with linear axis the move is such that the rotory axis move ends in a corrdinated motion with the linear motion and the F word is in in/min.
[12:48:25] <skunkworks> http://linuxcnc.org/docs/2.7/html/gcode/machining-center.html#sub:feed-rate
[12:49:01] <maxcnc> thanks
[13:43:29] <cradek> maxcnc who should have stuck around: you often want to use inverse time mode for moves like that
[16:29:58] <jepler> at some point I stopped my irc client showing joins and parts, so I don't even know when people are doing drive-bys :-/
[16:30:26] <jepler> this hotel wifi has a failure mode I haven't seen before, in which dns lookups, ping, mtr, and web browsing all fail .. but an existing mosh session works. well, a terminal is better than nothing.
[16:30:27] <cradek> I've sure been tempted to do that too
[16:30:41] <cradek> weird
[16:30:57] <jepler> 95% packet loss on most hops, but mosh is instantly responsive
[16:33:31] <cradek> if you could pick one thing to work, that would be it...
[16:58:39] <jepler> true
[18:14:15] <KGB-linuxcnc> 03Chris Morley 052.7 3d472ce 06linuxcnc 10src/emc/usr_intf/pncconf/private_data.py pncconf -fix error when selecting both-home-x or y or * 14http://git.linuxcnc.org/?p=linuxcnc.git;a=commitdiff;h=3d472ce

[22:52:48] <KGB-wlo> push to master branch: http://linuxcnc.org/
[22:52:56] -linuxcnc-github:#linuxcnc-devel- [13wlo] 15SebKuzminsky pushed 1 new commit to 06master: 02https://github.com/LinuxCNC/wlo/commit/0ee810002ebace6ab1c9f7515a0b56ec4e29c77e
[22:52:56] -linuxcnc-github:#linuxcnc-devel- 13wlo/06master 140ee8100 15Sebastian Kuzminsky: release 2.7.4
[22:53:34] <seb_kuzminsky> i do like working with the new website :-)
[23:01:17] <seb_kuzminsky> is the "Released" wiki page useful to anyone? http://wiki.linuxcnc.org/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?Released
[23:01:51] <seb_kuzminsky> it feels superfluous, and i'd like to delete it from the release managers task list (http://wiki.linuxcnc.org/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?ReleaseCheckList)
