[08:23:33] <skunkworks_> logger[psha]:
[08:23:33] <logger[psha]> skunkworks_: Log stored at http://psha.org.ru/irc/%23linuxcnc-devel/2014-04-29.html
[11:58:06] <MrHindsight> odd the Kubuntu 12.04 installs just fine on the E350M1 but the Ubuntu 12.04 installer kernel hangs
[11:59:10] <MrHindsight> Kubuntu 12.04 installs fglrx but when upgrading from 10.04 to 12.04 it does not
[15:37:22] <cradek> still no news on http://sourceforge.net/p/forge/site-support/7413/
[18:05:29] <MrHindsight> the 3.2 Ubuntu 12.04 or the 3.4 RTAI kernel doesn't work with the E350M1 and X dies with 14.04 installer :(
[18:07:20] <MrHindsight> so far it's either a custom build or using 10.04 with the 2.6 RTAI kernel without support for the hardware accel drivers so far
[18:13:22] <MrHindsight> Kubuntu 12.04 installs fine but automagically installs fglrx and haven't been able to remove it to install open hardware accel
[18:51:12] <MrHindsight> ah nevermind looks like a bad mainboard now, Kubuntu 12.04 won't install
[19:16:23] <skunkworks_> heh - not you need so many variables
[19:22:05] <skunkworks_> heh - not that you need so many variables
[20:07:04] <MrHindsight> well Gentoo runs fine with 3.4.22 RTAI
[20:07:35] <MrHindsight> looks like kernel mode settings in Ubuntu is not working for this board
[20:08:25] <MrHindsight> but somehow we had Kubuntu 12.04 on this months ago
