[13:21:29] <IchGuckLive> hi Proposal for the new relase G4 Timelaps to be integrated in the timecount on the file proberties PLASA use this offen
[13:25:50] <jepler> The estimated runtime is already supposed to incorporate the total dwell time. It's possible there's some kind of bug that makes this not work.
[13:26:37] <IchGuckLive> my files run usaly 36-45 min and the property showes 13
[13:29:31] <jepler> axis says that this random gcode file will run for 2.2 minutes. After inserting "G4 P1000" it reports 18.9 minutes, which is ~1000 seconds more
[13:29:59] <IchGuckLive> agree
[13:30:18] <jepler> I don't use the run time estimate feature much myself, but as far as I know the major limitation is not accounting for acceleration
[13:30:32] <IchGuckLive> agree also
[13:30:55] <jepler> If you know that then I must not have understood your initial proposal
[13:30:57] <IchGuckLive> the plasma on contour does not retch the max at anytime
[13:31:15] <jepler> do you want the dwell time shown separately, like "rapid" and "feed" are separate lines?
[13:31:35] <IchGuckLive> i think i wars wrong on that i thought it has been G4
[13:31:52] <IchGuckLive> without G4 it does make 15min for the run
[13:31:59] <IchGuckLive> i will proof this saturday
[13:32:08] <IchGuckLive> so far so good sorry
[13:35:18] <jepler> another limitation would be that it only accounts for things that occur before (AXIS,quit)
[13:35:24] <jepler> and probably not things during (AXIS,hide)
[13:38:41] <jepler> hmm .. the splash gcode instructions still refer to the scale factor #3, but whoever did the latest incarnation didn't use scalable g-code
[15:31:37] <cradek> jepler: oops
[18:53:11] <KimK> I think I have a scalable (and offsetable?) version, but maybe you guys would rather just go back and cherry-pick what it was last? Let me know. I'll check back later.

[20:14:37] <KGB-linuxcnc> Extend the serial encoder driver to support BiSS and Fanuc
[20:14:37] <KGB-linuxcnc> The framework is there for BiSS and Fanuc, the actual code will follow
[20:14:37] <KGB-linuxcnc> later.
[20:14:38] <KGB-linuxcnc> Committed at this stage to fix a bug in SSI with more than one channel
