[12:21:42] <mozmck> Somehow that got set on a file in one of my projects and it took a while asking on #git for someone to come up with that. There is apparently no good way to tell if it is set - you just have to try un-setting it. So if you have a file whose changes are not getting picked up by git, try unsetting that bit on that file.

[22:17:07] <memleak> A lot of options known to hurt latency and expose practically every bug within the kernel scheduling code.
