03:27 AM Joco[m]: ah crap. Did test cuts on mill and still getting 0.2mm out. looks like need to try some linear scale feedback to try and compensate for what is moving. not sure where the flex is. About the only place I can think of left is in the way the ballscrews are connected to thing. OR the backlash in the nuts is just crap.
