09:03 AM Lcvette: nice!!
09:04 AM JT-Shop: 29er
09:04 AM Lcvette: i did 32T front but the 42t big gear on the cassette make for a hill climb combo
09:09 AM JT-Shop: go up a tree with that on a 27.5
09:09 AM JT-Shop: I lost 5mm on the crankset could not find a 175mm so I got a 170mm
09:09 AM Lcvette: was your stock crank set not bolted?
09:09 AM Lcvette: ie able to remove the small and large chain ring?
09:09 AM Lcvette: my wifes trek i just removed the big and small chain rings and added the new aluminum chain ring with shorter 1x bolts
09:10 AM JT-Shop: no it is riveted on
09:11 AM JT-Shop: even with all the hills I climb I'll only use 5-6 gears at the most

03:37 PM JT-Shop: neat we have rcpwm now
06:07 PM Lcvette: looking good!
06:08 PM Lcvette: JT-Shop: what do you mean we have rcpwm
06:08 PM Lcvette: ?
06:08 PM jthornton: yea figured out I need a couple more tools to finish the conversion
06:08 PM jthornton: RC servo PWM
06:08 PM Lcvette: the thing turboss did?
06:08 PM Lcvette: or something diufferent?
06:09 PM Lcvette: yeah it requires some special tools
06:09 PM jthornton: no Peter coded it
06:09 PM Lcvette: oh yeah?
06:09 PM Lcvette: where?
06:09 PM jthornton: I didn't know what size bottom bracket tool I needed till it arrived today :(
06:09 PM jthornton: master
06:10 PM Lcvette: ah
06:10 PM Lcvette: yeah\i was lucky
06:10 PM Lcvette: lisas did not need a new bottom bracket
06:10 PM Lcvette: but i bought the cassette tool
06:10 PM Lcvette: a chain breaker
06:11 PM Lcvette: pedal wrench
06:11 PM jthornton: my road bike has a better crank with removable chainrings
06:11 PM Lcvette: nice!
06:12 PM jthornton: I found the drain hole was plugged up on the bottom bracket from mud
06:12 PM jthornton: sometimes it's brutal at Wolf Creek lol
06:12 PM Lcvette: ah
06:14 PM Lcvette: im waiting on an inner tube
06:15 PM Lcvette: i was filling the ront tire up and it fell over and broke the prestant tip off
06:15 PM Lcvette: then the internal part fell into the inside of the tube
06:15 PM jthornton: I must have a dozen of each size I use... most with lots of patches
06:15 PM Lcvette: not sure i like the presta valves
06:15 PM Lcvette: they are awkward
06:15 PM jthornton: presta
06:15 PM Lcvette: once the presta part broke it was useless
06:15 PM jthornton: what pump do you have?
06:16 PM jthornton: yea
06:16 PM Lcvette: i bought a foot pump and also an air attachment now with digital gauge
06:16 PM jthornton: maybe you need a kick stand lol
06:33 PM hazzy-m: jthornton: where is the RC PWM branch?
06:33 PM jthornton: I think it's been merged to master
06:34 PM jthornton: jepler added Peters rcpwm
06:36 PM TurBoss: cool
06:40 PM hazzy-m: jthornton: thanks, I didn't see it
06:41 PM jthornton: with all the builds failing it's hard to catch anything on #linuxcnc-devel
06:45 PM hazzy-m: yes, so much noise
06:47 PM hazzy-m: TurBoss: how are things in spain?
06:47 PM TurBoss: normal alarm
06:47 PM TurBoss: lol
06:48 PM hazzy-m: no change :(
06:48 PM TurBoss: they want to extend the alarm to next 10
06:49 PM hazzy-m: yikes, its already been a long time
06:50 PM TurBoss: what about there
06:50 PM TurBoss: ?
07:26 PM hazzy-m: nothing has really changes too much, some stores and restaurants are closed, and people are working from home, but that's pretty much it
08:31 PM hazzy-m: TurBoss Lcvette : Do you think we should include the ATC widgets with ProbeBasic, or separate?
08:32 PM TurBoss: duno...
08:32 PM TurBoss: xD
08:32 PM TurBoss: separate?
08:32 PM TurBoss: or how?
08:32 PM hazzy-m: can it be used easily in another GUI?
08:33 PM TurBoss: it needs to be manipulated via macros
08:33 PM TurBoss: with debug eval
08:33 PM hazzy-m: which is quite specific to ProbeBasic then ...
08:33 PM hazzy-m: hmm
08:34 PM TurBoss: yes
08:35 PM hazzy-m: then maybe it should be included in the probe basic repo
08:35 PM TurBoss: yes
08:35 PM hazzy-m: also keeps version management easier that way
08:35 PM TurBoss: okay
08:35 PM TurBoss: so you can nuke the qtpyvcp.dynat
08:35 PM hazzy-m: leave for a little bit
08:36 PM hazzy-m: I might experiment with it :)
08:36 PM TurBoss: ok
08:36 PM TurBoss: about the other atc stufff
08:36 PM TurBoss: how can I help
08:36 PM hazzy-m: you mean the linear and other sizes?
08:37 PM hazzy-m: or moving to PB?
08:37 PM TurBoss: hmmm no the branch
08:37 PM TurBoss: in PB
08:37 PM hazzy-m: ok
08:37 PM hazzy-m: good question
08:37 PM TurBoss: or whatever you need
08:37 PM * TurBoss is bored
08:37 PM hazzy-m: probably should create a probe_basic/widgets directory
08:37 PM hazzy-m: and add it there
08:37 PM TurBoss: ok
08:38 PM hazzy-m: all we need to do is copy the folder from QtPyVCP and add the entry point
08:38 PM hazzy-m: then change the module path the the UI file
08:38 PM hazzy-m: should be easy
08:38 PM hazzy-m: * then change the module path to the UI file
08:38 PM hazzy-m: * then change the module path in he UI file
08:39 PM hazzy-m: we can also move the path ATC!
08:39 PM hazzy-m: I forgot about that
08:39 PM hazzy-m: that was realy cool
08:39 PM TurBoss: what?
08:39 PM * TurBoss changes desktop
08:39 PM hazzy-m: * we can also move the lathe ATC!
08:40 PM hazzy-m: lathe tool widget*
08:40 PM TurBoss: ahh that is qml too
