10:42 AM roguish[m]: jthornton: i just spent a lot of hours trying to get virtualbox to run an FEA program. could not get the graphics to work. switched to vmware and it worked right away.

10:43 AM roguish[m]: i'm running on a dual zeon cad workstation so the vms are pretty quick too.

04:40 PM JT-Shop: I did it 20 times but something is broken in qtpyvcp, I finally got it up by choosing the file so there is a path issue
04:40 PM JT-Shop: another guy on the forum had the same issue
04:40 PM Lcvette: i had to run uninstall in the same temrinal multiple times before all versions were removed
04:40 PM Lcvette: it finally gave the red error message that there was nothing to uninstall
