01:19 PM Guido[m]: Out of curiosity: why did you decide to implement the carousel ATC in Probe basic with macros instead of using andypugh’s carousel component? I guess both work just fine, I merely wondered

01:22 PM Lcvette: The code is much simpler to grasp and implement and customize
01:26 PM Guido[m]: Makes sense, though the latest version of carousel seems to make a lot of sense regarding the handling of encoders. Will give it a whirl. Can’t wait to get back home and to be actually to test things. Just reading about it is getting boring;)
02:30 PM Lcvette: For Geneva wheel types there is just a home sensor and an index sensor. From there the m6 remap keeps track of carousel position. Very simple and good for diy carousels to keep things simple.
