10:46 AM aandrew: hah, that's a new one.
10:57 AM aandrew: took some stuff to ups store for return. packaged the stuff up and left to take my son to school. noticed phone wasn't on me, no problem, just left it at the ups store, I'll grab it on the way back
10:57 AM aandrew: get there and ask him if there were any messages for me. He looked confused and when I said I left my phone he said he didn't see anything like that
10:57 AM aandrew: use my watch to ping the phone (absolute BEST use for a $500 watch) and the phone's somewhere behind the counter
10:57 AM aandrew: I ended up putting the phone *in* one of the packages to return
06:46 PM rue_mohr: wow
06:46 PM rue_mohr: tracking at a new level
10:24 PM rue_shop2: well
10:25 PM rue_shop2: I got a shifter on the front sprocket of the trike
10:25 PM rue_shop2: but
10:25 PM rue_shop2: the chain is too narrow for the sprocket set
10:25 PM rue_shop2: it falls thru the middle of them
11:04 PM WormFood: https://wormfood.net/DM-1350_PSU-schematics-colorized.png <-- this is the schematics to a 12v 35 amp power supply I'm working on. I can't make sense out of some of the shit they're doing. It's using a quad op-amp, but I can't figure out how op-amp C is supposed to work. Why is the power connected to the output? Op-amp D appears to be the voltage regulator, and B appears to be overvoltage protection.(A unused)
11:09 PM WormFood: For the most part, it seems to be pretty straight forward, but that op-amp C confuses me. And what is the deal with the zener diode, and that fast switching diode? And I can't figure out how the fan changes speeds, when I put it under a load. That makes no sense. It'd connected directly to the 12v regulator. I see no way it can change speeds, but it does.
