07:50 PM rue_shop3: the slots are a bit tight on the 1/8" plate :) when I'm filing off the drill burr I just take a bit more off and its good

10:21 PM ruenahcmohr: yep, the sherline is ok
10:22 PM ruenahcmohr: I'm cutting 0.2mm @ 90mm/min
10:23 PM ruenahcmohr: any faster than that and the heat on the bit builds up too fast without coolant
10:23 PM ruenahcmohr: its got no coolant provisions, I just have a puffer to keep chips from building up
