12:18 AM Tom_L: you're not using it though are you?
12:18 AM rue_mohr: its all burned out now
12:18 AM rue_mohr: the firebox has two holes, and there was almost nothing left of the duct that held the heat exchanger
12:19 AM rue_mohr: I took it down cause I knew it was getting weak, the exchanger probably weighed like 700 lbs full and I didn't want it falling on anyone
12:19 AM rue_mohr: and even the exchanger was getting to its limit on rust
12:19 AM rue_mohr: I wasn't supposed to have this house for so long
12:27 AM Tom_L: ok last load of laundry folded. i'm goin to sleep
12:27 AM Tom_L: can't keep my eyes open any longer
12:40 AM rue_bed: mmm
05:19 AM Tom_L: morning
09:08 AM rue_bed: ugh
09:08 AM rue_bed: that time did I go to bed?
09:09 AM Tom_L: i dunno... are you on the porch? in the driveway?
09:21 AM rue_bed: word lookup errors
09:21 AM rue_bed: what time did I go to bed...
09:21 AM rue_bed: today I need to get some 1/4" rod
10:02 AM Tom_L: for what?
10:04 AM rue_mohr: A4
10:04 AM rue_mohr: looks like were out
10:04 AM rue_mohr: we bought some dowels, but they are too long
10:05 AM rue_mohr: he got 5/8"
10:05 AM rue_mohr: thought it was close enought to 15mm
10:06 AM rue_mohr: "shorter is ok"
10:06 AM rue_mohr: *sigh*
10:06 AM Tom_L: went to find the material for A12 and i'd labelled it A3
10:06 AM Tom_L: umm
10:06 AM Tom_L: it is A3 & A12
10:07 AM rue_mohr: A4 is 1/4"
10:07 AM rue_mohr: sdklfjklasdjf
10:07 AM rue_mohr: A3 is 1/4"
10:07 AM Tom_L: oh, nevermind
10:07 AM Tom_L: they look similar in the ruesketch
10:07 AM rue_mohr: A12 is 5/16
10:07 AM rue_mohr: yea
10:07 AM Tom_L: i mis labelled the material then
10:07 AM rue_mohr: I need to trace some photos
10:08 AM rue_mohr: A9/A10 is 1/8"
10:08 AM Tom_L: i sould collect all the models and make a catia exploded view for ya
10:08 AM rue_mohr: A3 A8 is 1/4"
10:08 AM rue_mohr: A12 is 5/16? 5/8?
10:08 AM Tom_L: my A9 is slightly under 1/8
10:09 AM rue_mohr: thats ok
10:09 AM Tom_L: the last batch is 1/8 that i just got
10:09 AM rue_mohr: 3mm
10:10 AM rue_mohr: I tried to hit one of the pins he got with the lathe, but their hardened
10:10 AM rue_mohr: which I didn't notice on the grinder
10:11 AM rue_mohr: easier to make some from scratch
10:14 AM Tom_L: sometime today i'll set up A12
10:39 AM rue_mohr: ok, had shower
10:40 AM Tom_L: been to the bank & finished paperwork
10:40 AM rue_mohr: oh taxes
10:40 AM rue_mohr: ok, pins, taxes
10:40 AM Tom_L: picked them up yesterday
10:41 AM rue_mohr: ok, pins, taxes, cnc sliders
10:41 AM rue_mohr: they want $300 this year to do them
10:41 AM rue_mohr: which means "go away, we dont want to do them", so ok.
10:41 AM Tom_L: hahaha
10:42 AM Tom_L: $1175
10:42 AM rue_mohr: you paid that to get your taxes done?
10:42 AM Tom_L: yep
10:42 AM Tom_L: but i get 4 done
10:42 AM rue_mohr: ouch
10:43 AM Tom_L: i'm generally one of the first in and out
10:43 AM Tom_L: i don't like things looming over my head
10:44 AM rue_mohr: no, but $300 is too much
10:44 AM rue_mohr: I ordered a papaer package and got it
10:44 AM rue_mohr: started filling it out
10:45 AM rue_mohr: need to work out where the T5 values go, but I dont think they do, values are too small
10:46 AM rue_mohr: I thought biden said all the US gas was going to come from the USA now
10:46 AM Tom_L: who knows
10:47 AM rue_mohr: thought I heard that
10:47 AM rue_mohr: your more exposed to it than I am
10:47 AM Tom_L: trump tried to get jobs back in the us and now biden things that's what we should do
10:47 AM Tom_L: i avoid the news as much as i can
10:47 AM rue_mohr: thats a good thing to avoid
10:47 AM rue_mohr: I think most of it is fake anyhow
10:48 AM Tom_L: rather sure of it
10:48 AM Tom_L: it's put out there to sway the public
10:49 AM rue_mohr: some of it just seems to be distractions for keeping people from getting uppidy about things
10:49 AM rue_mohr: yea
10:49 AM * Tom_L scratches his head..
10:49 AM Tom_L: i think i got everything done now
10:49 AM rue_mohr: hey did prices drop like a rock when covid started over there?
10:50 AM Tom_L: no they went up
10:50 AM rue_mohr: huh
10:50 AM Tom_L: and things got scarce
10:50 AM Tom_L: and still are
10:50 AM rue_mohr: before that, as people stopped shopping for a while?
10:50 AM Tom_L: not that i know of
10:50 AM rue_mohr: huh
10:50 AM Tom_L: once the word covid got out ppl went mad
10:50 AM Tom_L: stocking
10:50 AM Tom_L: just like Y2K
10:50 AM rue_mohr: an interesting thing happened here
10:51 AM rue_mohr: when people stopped shopping, prices at the stores dropped like a rock
10:51 AM rue_mohr: suddenly evrything was on sale
10:51 AM rue_mohr: and
10:51 AM rue_mohr: I think I know what happneed
10:51 AM Tom_L: one thing about mericans... we don't stop shopping
10:51 AM rue_mohr: I think their using software at the major stores that does a demand price thing
10:51 AM Tom_L: it would upset world economy if we did :)
10:52 AM rue_mohr: it works out the most it can charge for anything
10:52 AM Tom_L: all the car lots are empty
10:52 AM Tom_L: used car prices skyrocketed
10:52 AM rue_mohr: car lots are empty here to, apparently they made all their money selling the cars for more than what they were worth to the starved US market
10:53 AM Tom_L: workers don't want to work
10:53 AM Tom_L: that's alot of it
10:53 AM rue_mohr: so, the computer pricing
10:53 AM rue_mohr: an alg works out the most it can charge for things
10:54 AM rue_mohr: thats why every so often a thing goes on sale, its working out if its overpriced it for its demand
10:54 AM rue_mohr: but when EVERYONE stopped shopping here
10:54 AM rue_mohr: the alg went crazy
10:54 AM rue_mohr: and started dropping prices like crazy
10:54 AM rue_mohr: (at all the major chains)
10:54 AM rue_mohr: then, as people came back out of hiding from covid, the prices picked back up
10:55 AM rue_mohr: it almost looked at the bottom of it, like someone interviened, and stopped it
10:55 AM rue_mohr: I overheard someone a few weeks ago, a manager training someone at a chain store
10:55 AM Tom_L: i think it was just the opposite here
10:56 AM rue_mohr: they were telling them about how the system sets the price as high as it can for everything
10:56 AM rue_mohr: its not based on a fixed %
10:56 AM rue_mohr: "whatever the market will bear"
10:56 AM Tom_L: they must have picked that up from mericans :)
10:56 AM rue_mohr: it got me thinking, putting some things togethor
10:57 AM rue_mohr: well they aren't canadian owned chains
11:01 AM Tom_L: i should probably turn some heat on out there
11:02 AM Tom_L: doesn't take alot, it's pretty well insulated
11:06 AM rue_mohr: my shop is pretty close with the equipment running
11:06 AM rue_mohr: that sherline cnc actually adds a lot of heat (idle...)
11:06 AM Tom_L: huh
11:06 AM rue_mohr: I turn off the controller if the shops too warm
11:06 AM rue_mohr: right now I have the laser printer left on too
11:06 AM rue_mohr: it ads a good bit
11:07 AM rue_mohr: so, I had noodles for supper
11:07 AM rue_mohr: so I have noodles for breakfast?
11:08 AM Tom_L: you're making me hungry and i shouldn't be
11:08 AM rue_mohr: 9am
11:08 AM Tom_L: 11
11:08 AM rue_mohr: well, the stores are open
11:08 AM rue_mohr: if I eat and get dressed I can go
11:09 AM rue_mohr: maybe I'll phone, see if they have any first
11:09 AM Tom_L: looking thru some of my cad files debating whether to keep or delete
11:09 AM Tom_L: the rod?
11:09 AM rue_mohr: freaking phone system
11:09 AM Tom_L: what size?
11:09 AM Tom_L: i bet we covered that already
11:10 AM rue_mohr: 1/4"
11:11 AM rue_mohr: oh yea, I need the ohone system working
11:11 AM rue_mohr: wonder whats its problem is now
11:11 AM rue_mohr: looks like it locked up
11:11 AM Tom_L: i think we looked for dowel pins for that
11:11 AM Tom_L: either too long or too short
11:11 AM rue_mohr: yea
11:12 AM rue_mohr: need 1/4"x15mm, you sourced the epiphany that 6mmx15mm would suffice
11:13 AM Tom_L: .236 vs .250
11:13 AM rue_mohr: https://twitter.com/idlehandsdev/status/1497353040873017356
11:13 AM rue_mohr: he just got it
11:14 AM rue_mohr: I keep reminding him I need pins, and its a nice simple job
11:14 AM rue_mohr: apparently its got no barstock feed tho
11:14 AM Tom_L: who's place is that?
11:14 AM Tom_L: set it up on your bandsaw with a stop
11:15 AM Tom_L: then make a chamfer tool for the ends
11:16 AM Tom_L: i bet they don't even make one of those
11:16 AM rue_mohr: and post-process them all individually?
11:16 AM rue_mohr: did I show you how I do them now?
11:17 AM Tom_L: no
11:17 AM rue_mohr: my guess is that its Sean Hodgins place, I think he's in the usa
11:17 AM rue_mohr: or newfoundland
11:17 AM rue_mohr: or newzealand
11:18 AM Tom_L: i didn't even read who it was from
11:18 AM rue_mohr: he said that altho its not got a feeder, there are tricks to do pull-thru
11:18 AM Tom_L: must be a staircase behind the cnc
11:18 AM rue_mohr: says it does have a hydraulic chuck
11:18 AM Tom_L: 2nd floor...
11:19 AM rue_mohr: yea its not in a basement, that was rolled in
11:19 AM Tom_L: wonder what lathe that is
11:20 AM Tom_L: some have horizontal tool changes some vertical
11:21 AM rue_mohr: https://twitter.com/idlehandsdev/status/1496195620381630464
11:21 AM rue_mohr: can you make out that name?
11:22 AM Tom_L: daiwin
11:22 AM rue_mohr: ok
11:22 AM rue_mohr: never heard of it
11:23 AM Tom_L: tiawan
11:23 AM Tom_L: taiwan
11:23 AM rue_mohr: :)

11:25 AM Tom_L: for rod end cleanup
11:25 AM rue_mohr: oh
11:25 AM rue_mohr: I wonder if I can get one
11:26 AM Tom_L: better get 2 they look pretty damn cheap
11:26 AM Tom_L: like a pencil sharpener
11:26 AM rue_mohr: yea
11:27 AM rue_mohr: oh, the model is SL-1A
11:27 AM rue_mohr: with a faunc 6T control panel
11:27 AM rue_mohr: so, I guess its a hybrid?
11:28 AM Tom_L: https://www.amazon.com/deburring-external-chamfer-tool-drill-bit/s?k=deburring+external+chamfer+tool+for+drill+bit
11:29 AM Tom_L: fanuc was on alot of machines
11:29 AM rue_mohr: lets see if I'm allowed to have one
11:29 AM Tom_L: just the control
11:29 AM Tom_L: the pins are too short to do both ends with a drill
11:29 AM Tom_L: you might do bodily damage
11:30 AM Tom_L: unless you had some type of holder for them
11:30 AM rue_mohr: oh and they dont have any
11:30 AM rue_mohr: "please call back on monday cause I dont know how to backorder it for you"
11:30 AM rue_mohr: ????
11:30 AM rue_mohr: whatever
11:30 AM Tom_L: hehe
11:30 AM rue_mohr: https://www.amazon.ca/Triangle-Deburring-External-Stainless-Suitable/dp/B09C5L7R7R/ref=sr_1_2_sspa
11:31 AM rue_mohr: wait wait, that ones got no carbide
11:31 AM rue_mohr: must be for wooden screws
11:32 AM rue_mohr: this $80 one has carbide...
11:32 AM Tom_L: carbide is $$
11:32 AM rue_mohr: well I'm putting it at 0% that things even HSS
11:33 AM Tom_L: just how hard are the pins?
11:33 AM Tom_L: i'm thinking this as a manual job
11:33 AM rue_mohr: normal steel
11:33 AM Tom_L: hand held
11:33 AM rue_mohr: but if I'm going to get something, I dont want it to only last 1 use
11:33 AM Tom_L: yeah
11:33 AM Tom_L: that's how i look at things
11:34 AM Tom_L: i need to check how my cutters held up after that batch
11:34 AM Tom_L: i think they did pretty good
11:34 AM rue_mohr: https://www.amazon.ca/uxcell®-Deburring-External-Chamfer-Remove/dp/B07TPLPLL7/ref=sr_1_53
11:34 AM Tom_L: ran it all at 100%
11:34 AM rue_mohr: atleast that one says its HSS
11:35 AM Tom_L: 8/32 is kinda small
11:35 AM Tom_L: .87 ID
11:35 AM Tom_L: maybe ok
11:36 AM rue_mohr: only .25" rod
11:36 AM rue_mohr: maybe I can make something with some carbide
11:36 AM rue_mohr: I suspect in a bit, china will suddenly shut down exports
11:37 AM rue_mohr: and everything that wasn't shipped yet will be "too bad"
11:41 AM rue_mohr: yup, if I want one, I think I should make it
11:41 AM rue_mohr: and buy some carbide from china while I can
11:45 AM rue_mohr: ok, pins, taxes, cnc sliders
11:45 AM rue_mohr: oh the vert bandsaw cant do steel
11:46 AM Tom_L: aarg
11:46 AM rue_mohr: I wonder if I could 3d print a holder for some carbide
11:47 AM rue_mohr: did I show you the lathe setup?
11:47 AM rue_mohr: brb
11:49 AM Tom_L: no
11:53 AM rue_shop3: ok, pins, taxes, cnc sliders, carbide, vert bandsaw blade
11:54 AM rue_shop3: ok, pins, taxes, cnc sliders, carbide, vert bandsaw blade, coolant squirter
11:54 AM rue_shop3: ok, pins, taxes, cnc sliders, carbide, vert bandsaw blade, coolant squirter, vacuum house
11:55 AM rue_mohr: its a former bit...
11:55 AM rue_mohr: http://ruemohr.org/~ircjunk/tempimage/p1230033.jpg
11:56 AM rue_mohr: I set it up to cut the right side off just a bit before finishing the left side
11:56 AM rue_mohr: I do have to hit the left side with a file to take off a tit
11:57 AM rue_mohr: the nose is supposed to be slanted a bit more to the right...
11:58 AM rue_mohr: like, longer ont he right side
11:59 AM rue_mohr: laundry
11:59 AM rue_mohr: ok, pins, taxes, cnc sliders, carbide, vert bandsaw blade, coolant squirter, vacuum house, laundry
12:02 PM Tom_L: the list keeps growing
12:02 PM * Tom_L wonders how much of it will get done
12:02 PM Tom_L: nice on the lathe
12:03 PM Tom_L: kinda like my radius cutters
12:03 PM Tom_L: http://tom-itx.no-ip.biz:81/~webpage/cnc/cutters/corner_rounding1.jpg
12:06 PM Tom_L: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005LH06FG/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_5?smid=A21C4U5X700J66&psc=1
12:06 PM Tom_L: that has one in it
12:06 PM Tom_L: and it's offset like the other hook tools
12:06 PM rue_mohr: :)

12:09 PM Tom_L: hand
12:09 PM Tom_L: it spins in the handle
12:09 PM Tom_L: look close, it's offset
12:10 PM rue_mohr: yea I see that
12:10 PM Tom_L: just like the outside one
12:10 PM rue_mohr: but, hand?
12:10 PM Tom_L: ok do it the hard way
12:10 PM Tom_L: load blank in lathe, clamp, move to position.....
12:11 PM Tom_L: they may be too short for that though
12:11 PM Tom_L: you might need an extender holder
12:11 PM Tom_L: rubber insert for gripping the pin
12:12 PM Tom_L: i doubt i would actually use one of those
12:12 PM Tom_L: but for your case it might work
12:33 PM rue_mohr: ?
12:33 PM Tom_L: that tool
12:33 PM rue_mohr: I manually feed it along currently
12:34 PM Tom_L: how do you do side 2?
12:34 PM rue_mohr: it does both sides at once
12:34 PM rue_mohr: see?
12:34 PM Tom_L: oh
12:34 PM rue_mohr: I could do a video if youd like
12:34 PM Tom_L: naw
12:35 PM Tom_L: does it cut off as it finishes?
12:35 PM rue_mohr: yes
12:35 PM rue_mohr: the right side is pretty clean, the left side comes out with a bit of a nub
12:35 PM Tom_L: even better :)
12:36 PM rue_mohr: I'll do a video, it can be your tv for the day :)
12:37 PM Tom_L: goin shopping soon

12:40 PM rue_mohr: I have a head on the go
12:40 PM * Tom_L wonders how far down the list you'll get

06:25 PM Tom_L: no room for a real one
06:26 PM rue_mohr: hmm
06:26 PM rue_mohr: vert?
06:26 PM rue_mohr: (the mount you make for it)
06:28 PM Tom_L: https://www.dewalt.com/product/dwm120k/deep-cut-band-saw-kit?tid=577541
06:46 PM rue_shop3: ok, taxes, cnc sliders, coolant squirter, laundry, recalibrate 3d printer (missed it a bit)
06:46 PM rue_shop3: thats a nice one
06:46 PM rue_shop3: is there an upright kit for it?
06:46 PM rue_shop3: tho wait
06:46 PM rue_shop3: is it made from an angle grinder?
06:47 PM rue_shop3: https://www.dewalt.com/product/dw328/deep-cut-variable-speed-porta-band-saw
06:47 PM rue_shop3: is that one pass-thru better?
06:48 PM rue_shop3: I cant really see the blade angle that well
06:55 PM Tom_L: the other one was 5" reach but out of stock
06:55 PM Tom_L: looking at milwaukee now that are available
06:55 PM rue_mohr: can you tell what angle the blade is?
06:55 PM rue_mohr: I mean, 90 degrees would be best, but
06:56 PM Tom_L: it's gonna run with the pullies
06:56 PM Tom_L: so likely 90
06:56 PM rue_mohr: those about $300?
06:56 PM Tom_L: yeah
06:56 PM Tom_L: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwaukee-11-Amp-Deep-Cut-AC-DC-Band-Saw-with-Case-6238-21/203261045
06:58 PM Tom_L: there was another milwaukee a little higher but reviews said they perks weren't worth the extra over that one
06:58 PM Tom_L: blades are extra
06:58 PM Tom_L: cause they don't know what tpi you need
07:01 PM Tom_L: 14-16 would probably be ideal
07:03 PM Tom_L: the jig saw works but the blade clogs up to quick
07:03 PM Tom_L: i use coolant which helps
07:03 PM Tom_L: well, oil
07:44 PM rue_shop3: ok finished 6 more sprayers, they were partly done
07:45 PM rue_shop3: they do regional thing, I cant view the price you see
07:45 PM rue_shop3: the ones I got for my saw are 10-14 variable pitch
07:45 PM rue_shop3: did I show you my trick of mounting the jigsaw upside down?
07:50 PM rue_shop3: wow too bad I cant code the coolant into the program
07:51 PM rue_shop3: only needs about 3 or 4 shots during the process, all at about the same point
08:04 PM aandrew: this is kind of neat
08:05 PM aandrew: I bought one of those wifi sd card things off amazon (https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B01996VRCK)
08:05 PM aandrew: it does both wifi ap and wifi station mode, doesn't have any storage of its own (you insert a microsd for storage)
08:05 PM rue_shop3: ok I heated up and set the new cnc bushings
08:05 PM rue_shop3: I'll let them cool and bolt them in place
08:06 PM rue_shop3: aandrew, I got one, but
08:06 PM rue_shop3: it drained my camera battery too fast
08:06 PM aandrew: it's REALLY dumb, but that I think is its strength... I captured some packets from the phone app talking to it and it looks like it's got no concept of a filesystem
08:06 PM aandrew: it's literally "read x sectors starting at sector y"
08:06 PM aandrew: I'm hoping it has a write command too
08:06 PM rue_shop3: huh
08:06 PM aandrew: I wrote a little python program to try to understand more of it (first real attempt at python)
08:06 PM rue_shop3: iirc mine did like an ftp server
08:07 PM aandrew: yeah I wasn't sure how this would work
08:07 PM aandrew: it has no services, no web server, nada
08:07 PM aandrew: just listens on a udp port and responds
08:07 PM rue_shop3: wow
08:07 PM rue_shop3: so mine is smarter?
08:08 PM aandrew: 32-bit sector number, 16-bit sector count. I think that means it'll handle up to 2T micro sd cards
08:08 PM aandrew: yes
08:08 PM rue_shop3: I'm really starting to like the idea of esp8266 as a communications bridge
08:08 PM aandrew: me too
08:08 PM rue_shop3: esp when I realized that I can offload crunch power into the clients blower javascript
08:09 PM aandrew: one of my contracts is literally an IoT thing, learned so much about ESP32 and Amazon AWS
08:09 PM rue_shop3: 'yea, process all that cr** from the user, and just give me the details'
08:09 PM aandrew: yep
08:09 PM rue_shop3: I just wish there were a wired version
08:09 PM aandrew: another contract is python related shit for encryption engines for the new Xilinx FPGAs, it's MUCH h igher level work than I'm used to but gave me an excuse to learn Python
08:09 PM aandrew: well
08:09 PM aandrew: technically you can
08:10 PM rue_shop3: ?
08:10 PM rue_shop3: esp8266 or?
08:10 PM rue_shop3: but in a module
08:10 PM aandrew: the ESP32 (and 8266 although not sure on flash space) can talk to SD-based ethernet MACs
08:10 PM rue_shop3: I just need an rj45 jack and +v, rx, tx, gnd
08:11 PM aandrew: and the ESP32 can directly act as an SDIO card so it appears as an arbitrary data bridge to anything that can talk to it, there are linux and STM32 SDIO host drivers for that specific mode
08:11 PM aandrew: we're using that on this product to talk to a single-chip Linux applications processor to do video
08:12 PM aandrew: but this wifi SD thing is for another contract where I am hoping I can modify the SD contents, reset the device it's plugged in to and the target device sees a new filesystem
08:12 PM aandrew: not sure if this wifi sd thing can do writes though
08:12 PM aandrew: the app has "download to phone" but not "erase from sd" or "upload to sd" but it might just be because nobody's had any need for it
08:14 PM rue_shop3: I also like that the esp8266 is 1.50ea and highly available
08:15 PM aandrew: yes that is a really nice feature of them. I've not done much with the 8266 but have more experience with ESP32 which are pretty cheap too, although 2x the cost of the 8266
08:16 PM aandrew: still stupid cheap for what they are
08:16 PM aandrew: the ESP32 also has that ultra-low-power processor core that is almost always completely unused
08:28 PM rue_mohr: ok, taxes, cnc sliders, coolant squirter, recalibrate 3d printer (missed it a bit)
08:28 PM rue_mohr: oh I'm still waiting for 10 esp8266 to arrive
08:28 PM rue_mohr: will hold off buying more
08:36 PM aandrew: shit, I just snapped the thing!
08:37 PM rue_mohr: ...esp32?
08:37 PM rue_mohr: oh the card!! oh no!!
08:37 PM rue_mohr: that'll add a delay :/
08:46 PM Tom_L: does grbl support M8 9?
08:46 PM Tom_L: coolant...
08:46 PM Tom_L: back out to finish setup..
08:47 PM rue_shop3: not sure
08:47 PM rue_shop3: running the fast program, really pumping them out now, I think this is like the 5th today
08:54 PM aandrew: busted both the wifi sd and the microsd in it, I didn't think I pushed that hard
08:54 PM aandrew: boo
08:54 PM aandrew: that's too bad, I was poking at it to see if I could find the write command by luck. I had to keep ejecting and re-inserting it because sending the wrong command can lock it up
10:07 PM rue_shop3: I'm running in the new cnc bushings, I think its going good
10:07 PM rue_shop3: aandrew, :(
10:07 PM rue_shop3: ok, taxes, coolant squirter, recalibrate 3d printer (missed it a bit)
10:12 PM rue_shop3: huh
10:12 PM rue_shop3: 42V, 550mA is 23W
10:13 PM rue_shop3: huh, across 42 leds
10:15 PM rue_shop3: ouch thats bright
10:20 PM Tom_L: edit #2
11:24 PM Tom_shop: rue_shop3,
11:28 PM Tom_L: http://tom-itx.no-ip.biz:81/~webpage/rue/Can_Holder/A12_New/Mods/A12_new_slot1.jpg
11:28 PM Tom_L: you need more than that ?
11:32 PM rue_shop3: that looks great
11:33 PM rue_shop3: did I send you a spring?
11:33 PM rue_shop3: I must have
11:33 PM Tom_L: i gotta move it a little, the cutter shank rubs on the part slightly while making the corner
11:33 PM Tom_L: yes
11:33 PM Tom_L: gonna run 1 more and i'll repost it in a few
11:33 PM Tom_L: fixing the cad right now then i'll run it
11:49 PM Tom_shop: one more try
