05:05 PM rue_mohr: at which time the chips that were available when they started the design process aren't anymore

05:05 PM rue_mohr: they WILL NOT buy the chips at the set-out of the project
05:06 PM rue_mohr: they get caught in a loop continiously redesigning boards for chips that aren't available when they finish the design
