01:07 AM rue_mohr: :)
01:07 AM rue_mohr: 1/4
04:40 AM Tom_L: nice
04:40 AM Tom_L: how did you hold it?
04:54 AM Tom_L: 4 jaw?
08:13 AM rue_bed2: yup
09:19 AM rue_mohr: 2068 why is it going up so fast?
09:23 AM rue_mohr: http://ruemohr.org/~ircjunk/tempimage/Untitled.png
09:23 AM rue_mohr: hehe
09:26 AM rue_mohr: https://twitter.com/RueNahcMohr/status/1472798552535355392
09:26 AM rue_mohr: I ran a 3/4" thru it first
09:26 AM rue_mohr: my first take on the video, I forgot to dial it in from the last pass
09:26 AM rue_mohr: chips everywhere
09:32 AM rue_mohr: aandrew, it looks like the battery holder may level off at ~300
09:32 AM rue_mohr: cool
03:40 PM miss0r: Can someone tell me what I am missing here? Apparently these two switching mosfets here cannot function when they are both connected to the same heatsink. aka; either Gate, Source or drain is connected to the body. But I cannot seem to find it mentioned in the datasheet: https://docs.rs-online.com/1146/0900766b812cfb73.pdf
03:40 PM miss0r: Can someone please point out where I left my glasses?
03:48 PM Tom_L: where were you last able to see?
03:51 PM miss0r: That is unclear
03:51 PM miss0r: :)
03:51 PM miss0r: Even my memory is hazy
03:59 PM aandrew: dammit, I was so close. 0xfe.
04:02 PM aandrew: tab and middle pin are usually connected together, in this case, it would be the drain connection. Odd that the datasheet doesn't specifically call it out though
04:02 PM aandrew: should be pretty easy to test
04:03 PM miss0r: Indeed. I was just wondering if I somehow completely lost my marbles and couldn't deduct it from that datasheet
04:10 PM polprog: miss0r: you can get some isolation pads for the heatsinks
04:10 PM polprog: You can even get them from old power supply
04:11 PM miss0r: Thanks, polprog; I already added that, and now that part is sorted. The whole inquiry was about weather or not I was too dumb to read a datasheet or not :)
04:12 PM polprog: :) ive seen some datasheets omit pretty important stuff
07:57 PM rue_mohr: miss0r, usually the middle pin is connected to the heatsink
07:58 PM Tom_L: rue_mohr, impressive sprocket!
07:58 PM rue_mohr: oh good you saw it!
07:58 PM rue_mohr: looks less like a muffin with the middle machined out
07:59 PM rue_mohr: a balarina muffin
10:39 PM rue_mohr: I had to take the 4 jaw off to make a hub for a fan repair
10:39 PM rue_mohr: I have 3 more sprockets to be done, maybe I can finish 1 or 2 this week
11:45 PM rue_mohr: 2075
11:45 PM rue_mohr: its growing too fast, its gonna crash later
11:46 PM rue_mohr: hey hey, someone I was following disappeared
