08:45 PM aandrew: rue_mohr: sorry to hear about the heath issues. my wife had a liver scare last month (ALT was WAY up, LDL was way high too and she is super-duper-ultra healthy. yet the liver results were saying she was likely NAFL
08:46 PM aandrew: for her anyway it ended up being a supplement she was taking - stopped that and things came back to where they should have been but she's still trying to take it easy
08:47 PM aandrew: no bad fats, limiting protein, eating cleaner than normal, another set of bloodwork in a month
08:47 PM aandrew: but I mean the proper place to get correct advice is a nutritionist familiar with the issue you're running against
