06:56 AM Tom_itx: rue_shop2, wouldn't matter though the chip load was the same
12:17 PM Tom_itx is now known as Tom_L
03:38 PM aandrew: interesting, people are using inkjet printer heads for granule printing
03:43 PM aandrew: looks like they throw down the granules and the printhead squirts out the binder
03:48 PM Tom_L: guy in #linuxcnc does that for a living
04:22 PM Tom_L: you can get them with wider points if you want
04:22 PM Tom_L: wrong channel
04:42 PM Tom_L: rue_mohr, you gonna try it again or want these?
04:42 PM Tom_L: better choose before i lose them
06:29 PM aandrew: huh, the MIT epson printhead hacking looks really amazing
06:36 PM Tom_L: rue_mohr, what i did was use a bigger cutter on the inside, hole and outside then cleaned up the inside with the small one. less forces on a tiny cutter
06:36 PM Tom_L: if you had another cutter, i could redo it if you wanna try that
07:24 PM rue_mohr: ah
07:25 PM Tom_L: your cutter list was limited
07:26 PM rue_mohr: hmm
07:26 PM rue_mohr: hard for me to switch bits
07:26 PM Tom_L: still won't help the balling up of the plastic
07:26 PM Tom_L: 2 programs
07:26 PM Tom_L: same zero
07:26 PM rue_mohr: but you can switch bits easier than I can
07:26 PM Tom_L: 3. i did the perimeter last
07:26 PM Tom_L: i can
07:28 PM Tom_L: i did: inside rough, inside finish, perimeter. flipped it over and manually thinned it to thickness which let the parts out
07:29 PM rue_mohr: I'm going to sleep and then dig into things
