10:19 PM rue_shop1: sean: Thank you again for the parts you machined.
10:24 PM Tom_L: :)
10:24 PM Tom_L: which ones?
10:28 PM Tom_L: oh the triggers n stuff...
10:29 PM Tom_L: rue_mohr, show him the yt making em
10:29 PM Tom_L: some are there i think
10:29 PM rue_shop1: sean: Foremost the latches which are significantly more centered in the slot, hand triggers good too though Dan sent the file for the shorter ones which people still like.

10:36 PM Tom_L: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lNJXA3Qv2i4
10:36 PM Tom_L: made my fixture from aluminum instead of plastic
10:37 PM rue_shop1: Ah..that is professional.
10:39 PM Tom_L: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jRN00-0enYw&t=35s
10:39 PM Tom_L: the mill still under construction
10:40 PM rue_shop1: nice metal jig, ours is plastic and requires glue to function properly.
10:41 PM Tom_L: speeds up making them though
10:43 PM rue_shop3: got a pic of the whole machine around sean can see?
10:44 PM Tom_L: http://tom-itx.no-ip.biz:81/~webpage/cnc/Mill_Steel/Assembly/Mill_Assembly2.jpg
10:44 PM Tom_L: there's a progress pic
10:44 PM Tom_L: http://tom-itx.no-ip.biz:81/~webpage/cnc/Mill_Steel/Assembly/spindle_cooler/Mill2.jpg
10:44 PM Tom_L: no real good overall pics
10:45 PM Tom_L: http://tom-itx.no-ip.biz:81/~webpage/cnc/Mill_Steel/Assembly/spindle_cooler/Mill1.jpg
10:45 PM Tom_L: ditched the sherline vise and got a real one: http://tom-itx.no-ip.biz:81/~webpage/cnc/Mill_Steel/Assembly/Final/Vise_parts/Vise3.jpg
10:46 PM rue_shop1: Interesting in a good way, sturdy too I assume.
10:47 PM Tom_L: yeah
11:04 PM rue_shop1: Danny says you made the mold for the casting hand triggers, good job at the end. Helpful to have our waste re-enter the final product
11:05 PM rue_mohr: sean is just drilling the cast triggers, their consistancy is being an issue
11:06 PM Tom_L: did you make a jig for drilling?
11:08 PM rue_mohr: we did,
11:08 PM rue_mohr: its a bit loose to amek sure they fit, and some are tight and some are loose
11:09 PM Tom_L: yeah, castings aren't exact same with forgings
11:12 PM rue_mohr: they also took on a random amount of warpage comming out of the mold
11:14 PM Tom_L: try any of the machined triggers?
11:16 PM rue_mohr: yes, I think we put one in the last batch of two we did
11:16 PM rue_mohr: sean, you watching that screen? did we use one of the machined triggers?
11:16 PM rue_mohr: Tom_L, I think there are internet attacks afoot
11:16 PM rue_mohr: strange things have been happinging all over the internet
11:18 PM Tom_L: huh
11:27 PM rue_shop1: Yes from wood, but the casts are different enough to require some realigning
