11:44 PM zhanx: i learned to cast in school so, just need to remember it all
11:44 PM rue_mohr: yea, we did a really simple casting, screwdriver handle onto a forged shaft
11:44 PM rue_mohr: then machined it
11:45 PM rue_mohr: I also learned that between a cope and a drag you can have a cheek
11:45 PM rue_mohr: for 3 part moulds
11:46 PM rue_mohr: and that the patterns I like to make are "follow boards"
