05:09 AM Tom_L: since he lacked _any_ machining experience the first day he checked parts since he had certifications from the vo'tech for measuring etc
05:09 AM Tom_L: next day they had him loading parts on the machines
05:10 AM Tom_L: i'm sure they will gradually teach him the machines
05:10 AM Tom_L: but starting out at 14/hr for 18 yr old is pretty good i thought
