10:20 PM zhanx: I am filtering from the buckets to my 12 gallon pot with cheese cloth, from there draining to a 3 gallon jar with a coffee filter
10:20 PM zhanx: then boiling, and the tap i am adding to the pan will have a filter on it

10:27 PM zhanx: i also now have to make temp probes for a few people
