11:03 PM rue_mohr: about 12 years ago I had something like $80000 down on a house that was like $245000, and the bank was humming and hawing about if they would give me a mortguage

11:03 PM rue_mohr: that was when I realized that its not possable for anyone not insanely lucky to be able to own a home
