08:10 PM rue_: well, we dont have consistant material, so the program does one and positions for the next, if its ok, you hit go again
08:11 PM rue_: iirc the old speed took 4 hours to cut out
08:11 PM rue_: then about 20 mins in the other cnc to slot

08:15 PM rue_: chinsaw file follows edge nicely
08:18 PM Tom_L: that debur tool does a good job but it's hard to hold those little parts
