10:31 PM Tom_L: not the orient code but all the M3 M4 M5 commands behave now
10:31 PM Tom_L: before, in certain circumstances the spindle would slam to a stop
10:31 PM Tom_L: because of how the relay switches
10:32 PM Tom_L: normal mode is forward with the relay not active

10:32 PM Tom_L: now the inhibit is asserted on all those commands
10:32 PM Tom_L: and it comes to a smooth stop
10:32 PM Tom_L: even going from 2000rpm fwd to 2000rpm rev
10:33 PM Tom_L: before on a M4 reverse command when it was told to stop it would switch the relay and residual emf would make it slam to a stop and even turn a bit forward

10:34 PM rue_house: there is ONE slip, in a '79 databook, for one of the PLD's they describe the rpogramming
