12:09 AM Tom_L: zhanx come to find out i'm not switching at 3.3v rather 5v
12:09 AM Tom_L: i'm using an IO from the spindle drive part of the board
12:09 AM Tom_L: 50ma at 0-100vdc
12:09 AM Tom_L: but currently set for 5v

12:13 AM Tom_L: i unhooked the relays and wired the motor back to the driver and it works
12:13 AM Tom_L: however the encoder is backwards
12:13 AM Tom_L: probably how i originally wired up the relay switching for the motor control
12:14 AM Tom_L: i'll try to find a DPDT relay that has logic switching
